- If guests cancel greater than 30 days prior to check-in, guests will receive a
FULL refund except 10% processing fee.
- If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in, guests will receive a
50% refund.
- If guests cancel less than 7 days prior to check-in, no refund will be provided.
- If guests cancel within 48 hours of booking AND it is at least 14 days prior to
check-in, guests will receive a FULL refund except 10% processing fee..
