Great location and great beach access

This condo was in a great location. The condo was stocked with the necessary items including beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Since this is a corner unit, the traffic on Gulf Blvd could easily be heard in the living area and master bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the ease of access to the beach, restaurants, and bars.

Lovely Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Vistas on the Gulf for 5 nights. It had everything we needed. The staff was kind and helpful; I would recommend this property to those wanting a nice place in St. Pete's.

They try to make it look nice in photos but it was disgusting and was missing things and the quality of everything was just ridiculous for the price I paid. - there was BLOOD on the towels, mattress cover, and tags. Thats so gross!- there was used dirty towels hanging on the hooks- there was only 4 towels given for everyone for this entire stay?!?- The couches were dirty, the floor was so dirty I immediately had BROWN socks. - Broken and missing blinds- Neither of the TV's work. They turn on but then none of the other buttons work. I had to hook up my Nintendo Switch dock to the tv. - ONE package of laundry detergent for 12 days???!!- 3 little packets of dish pods for 12 days??- The seal in the master bathroom shower, completely coming off and not glued down properly, so I had to be careful not to let the water out. - Broken and completely run down umbrella- There were no oven mitts!!- There were no sponges!!!- There was no kettle- There was no ice tray or ice maker. In the summer in florida?!!- There were no beach towels in the unit which is just a huge inconvenience and I dont understand why it would not be provided in a beach condo.- i literally had to purchase my own sponges, garbage bags, beach towels, ice packs etc etc.- the entire complex also needs renovation, rusted grill, grimy pool etc. - kids also yelled at by residents for playing in the pool, kills vacation vibes.

However, I’d like to take this opportunity to clarify a number of significant inaccuracies in your review. First and foremost, we take the cleanliness and condition of our properties very seriously. Had you brought any of these issues to our attention during your stay, we would have responded immediately—as we do for all guests. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you about towels, TVs, cleanliness, or maintenance concerns at any point during your 12-day stay. After receiving your review, we inspected the condo thoroughly and found no evidence of the claims made. Regarding supplies: like most vacation rentals, we provide a starter supply of items such as paper goods, laundry detergent, dish pods, and trash bags. This is communicated prior to arrival, in our guest guide, and noted within the property itself. We also provide two full sets of bath towels per guest, and this unit is equipped with in-unit laundry for your convenience. We do no supply beach towels, which can be obtained from the office with a small deposit, this is also disclosed to every guest. This is a privately owned condo within a resort community, not a full-service hotel, and expectations are set accordingly. We strive to offer a comfortable, well-stocked space for families to enjoy the beach and the surrounding area. Lastly, it’s important to mention that your group’s behavior during and at the end of your stay was concerning. Several community rules were violated, including noise and cleanliness standards, and the scene that unfolded upon your departure—where other guests and residents were disturbed—was unfortunate. We value honest and respectful feedback and always aim to improve. However, inaccurate and exaggerated claims are not only unfair to our team, but also to future guests who rely on truthful reviews to make their travel decisions. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Unit needed total remodeling

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had some very significant issues with this unit.The pull out couch is absolutely and completely little sinks all the down because is has no springs or whatever. This is a queen pullout...and this leaves us with two kids who have no bed.You don't have to try to sleep on this bed to see the condition it is in and mere inspection of just opening it up shows it needs to be replaced. There are no curtains on the windows just vertical blinds. This is totally fine except that there are many blinds missing. So there is no escape from being woken up from glaring sun and no privacy near a window.This again is glaringly obvious as you enter the room and is something I would think regular maintainance should be addressing. The unit has a very old washer dryer as well. This is another primary amenity needed when close to the beach. It rattles and bangs loudly so.we cant wash at night and the clothes still have sand on them after washed. The refrigerator drips all over the top shelf and ruins items up there. It drips so much that it fills up the vegetable bin.The master bedroom bed literally fell apart when I sat on it last night. I looked under to see the obvious previous repair had failed and there are bricks and books holding up the bed underneath. I tried to enjoy the patio and answer so.e emails but the light doesn't work out there and the outlet doesn't work so couldn't charge my laptop.When we heat up pizza the oven smokes so.much that it sets the smoke alarm off and we gave resorted to having to prop open the front door and open the porch to try to vent out the unit.How about having no water today....what is going on????This morning we had to pack everything up and rush out of our unit because the owners decided to schedule a furniture delivery today.If I wanted to have to deal with repairs and maintenance men, furniture deliveries, and trying to managing irritati
