The location was perfect. Being right off the main drag in Gulf Shores and it was still so quiet you never would have thought there was so much traffic outside. The only complaint was that the listing said there was a tub which is something we were looking for in our place to stay with a 1 year old however when we got there the tub did not work so had to improvise with the kitchen sink. Overall highly recommend!

気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン
First off, we didn’t receive an email from the host letting us know the check in instructions, I had to reach out and ask for them as we were pulling in to town. The place looked clean at first glance but there was hair on the bathroom floor and sand on the hardwood floors. The shower needs major attention and in order for the water to drain we had to clean out a huge hairball from the tub drain. We needed to wash clothes and the washer worked great, but the dryer starts but doesn’t spin the clothes around. We had to hang our clothes to dry. The property is in the BEST location but needs some serious attention.

Lots of Great Placed Within Walking Distance

Property was pretty and in a great location. The kitchen included all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare meals. There was a Dollar General within walking distance to purchase basic ingredients. Take a blower dryer. There was not one on the premises.

BEWARE!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want a dirty room, a horrible bed and pillows that are dirty and flat. Place needs some MAJOR renovations. Had a horrible smell, kinda like mold/rotten food the entire stay. Messaged the host about this and instead of making it right he WENT OFF on me about us checking in early even though we messaged him and never got a response. Went to the room and it was ready a few hours prior to check in so went ahead and unpacked. This must have made him mad, so instead of being professional he was VERY rude to me and told me he was going to drag me in the review of me on VRBO. Threatening a guest for checking in early??? This dude is off his rocker. All in all it was a horrible experience. Not only was the condo disgusting, so was his attitude. I do NOT recommend staying here unless you want to be harassed, sent very nasty messages, and stay in a dirty, stinky condo. I felt VERY unsafe during the stay because he was SO ANGRY. If you want a SAFE & CLEAN place at the beach, this is NOT the place!

Other than you asking to check in 6 hours early, which you did without approval, I never got another message from you until you had checked out. Never any complaints of cleanliness while you stayed. I wasn’t rude, just asked that you don’t take it upon yourself to check in early without approval, my cleaners sometimes clean the day of. Instead of an apology, as most people that are in the wrong do, you threatened me with a scathing review. I see your inability to apologize transferred into lies and stories about my condo. Hope your life gets better. Have a great day.
