You’ll have 2 comfy bedrooms with king-size beds, a cozy living space to relax in, and a kitchen stocked with the basics so you can whip up easy meals. A washer is also there to help you keep up with laundry during your stay.

There are 2.5 bathrooms, each with fresh towels and toiletries so you can freshen up anytime.

The place will be clean and ready for you when you arrive. If you’d like daily cleaning, we can arrange that upon request for a small extra fee.

Just a heads-up: Dubai is a lively, ever-growing city, so you might hear a bit of construction or city buzz now and then. Thanks for rolling with it!

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
