Welcome to beautiful Harbor View Condo in Emerald Pointe (EP), take the elevator to this top 4th floor "penthouse" style suite with 1 King Bed & 1 Bath, boasting 1,076 SQ FT with a 144 SQ FT covered screened in Lanai. Harbor View condo has some of the Best Water views in EP! A guest Murphy bed is available for short term visitors allowing a sleep total of 4. Enjoy amenities such as pickle ball, tennis, multiple swimming pools, fishing, bikes, kyaks and more!
We purchased our condo in the summer of 2024 and got to work right away renovating for our future guests! We updated all the furniture, appliances, kitchen face lift, fresh paint and more! We gave the condo a comfortable contemporary design with coastal charm.
Location, Location, Location!
This unit is located on the Peace River where it becomes Charlotte Harbor, in Punta Gorda FL. Here you will find local restaurants, bars and live entertainment. In addition, dolphin tours, and fishing charters are all available nearby for your enjoyment. With multiple walking and biking nature trails, there's no end to the entertainment found by our condo. Book your stay today!
(There is an elevator in the building managed by the HOA)

Master Bedroom- King bed with large walk-in closet
Large Dresser, Night Stands + TV + Cable
Living room- Queen Size Cabinet Murphy Bed
Why choose Harbor View Condo?
The hosts are local and live only 8 minutes away! If something is needed it is easy to get a hold of us. Maintenance available. Easy check in. Coded entry. We have 3 kayaks for use along with bicycles with locks. Please feel welcome to message us with any rental questions we typically respond soon as we are notified.
Unwind on the private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching boats drift by on the sparkling harbor waters. With its perfect blend of modern elegance and beachy charm, this condo is your ultimate harbor front escape.
60-night minimum stay per HOA rules.
Renters who stay here must pay for and complete a background check per the HOA requirements. This is an additional non-refundable $100 fee paid by the renter to the HOA. As much as we love our fur babies, sorry Emerald Point does NOT allow renters to have any Pets.
We will collect a $1,250 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,000.00 will be refunded. If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,250.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

We're an adventurous couple who traded the snowy landscapes of Wisconsin for the sunny shores of Florida. We made the move in 2021 and haven’t looked back since. 🌴
Our love for the outdoors knows no bounds. Whether it’s cruising on our boat, zipping around on jet skis, or simply exploring the hidden gems of Florida, we thrive in outdoors and love being on the water up to our knees or on a beach with our toes in the sand.
Despite our active lifestyle, we're diligent professionals. Both working full time, but we have mastered the art of balancing work and play. Hosting our rental condo allows us to share our love for Florida with fellow travelers while maintaining our careers.
While we enjoy traveling, we have decided to focus on exploring our own backyard—Florida. From the Gulf Coast to the Atlantic, we're on a mission to uncover every beach, trail, and local eatery! Our motto? “Adventure awaits, and it’s right here in the Sunshine State!”
