The scenic view of Charlotte Harbor provides the most beautiful sunsets for a great way to end each day. Enjoy all that Punta Gorda Isles has to offer. Two very large and well appointed bedrooms with master baths. Spacious living and dining room with panoramic views. 55 inch Smart TV with cable and WIFI included. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glassware, pots and baking pans. Towels and linens are provided. Enjoy the many bicycle paths of Punta Gorda Isles. Walking distance to Fisherman's Village and Punta Gorda Isles Yacht Club.

It was very enjoyable the condo was clean and comfortable the view was amazing.The location was perfect so convenient .The two months we spent there was relaxing and memorable.

We booked but had te cancel.

We booked the apartment for the period may and June 2015. Everything went well. But to our great regret we had to cancel the booking. I have to be operated on and i'm just not sure if we can enjoy a vacation just after thus medical problem. For sure we will look at renting this nice looking place in the future. We are veteran renters, have been coming to the Florida west coast for the last 15 years. After de cancelation, the prepaid funds where paid back to us promptly.. Top Service !!!!

Punts Gorda is a wonderful place

My wife and I enjoyed a terrific stay at this million dollar view condo. Gregg and Eve are wonderful hosts. Walking distance to Fisherman’s Village and town. If you are looking for a slice of calm, try Punta Gorda and this condo.

Amazing view and great hospitality

I rented this harbor front condo from June-September of 2017. The view from the condo is absolutely gorgeous and the hospitality of the owner was just as good. When I arrived, the condo was clean and was stocked with linens, cleaning supplies, and all cooking utensils. The owner quickly responded to any calls/messages and made my temporary move to Florida very easy! I couldn't have asked for a better condo to stay at during my time in Florida and if I ever go back I will definitely try to stay in this condo again!

Our Holiday at Palacio del Sol!

We stayed 12 weeks from 1 april to 22 june. Everything was wonderful. Really nice condo. The view outstanding. You could see many wading birds, ospreys, dolphins, jumping fish and the sunset. The area is very well maintained. NIce neighbourhood. Lots of things to do like walking paths, farmers market, outdoor gym in the parks, Fishermens village etc. When we can we will be back. Three swedish tourists.

Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay in lovely Punta Gorda Isles. Accomodations were clean and comfortable with a million dollar view. We loved being able to walk or ride bikes everywhere. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop pool is amazing and if you would rather go to the beach, there are plenty that are a short car drive away. Our host, Gregg, couldn't have been nicer. Will definitely return.

Awesome!!!!

We were delighted to have spent 4 weeks in this beautiful condo, we wish it could have been longer. As you opened the door to enter the condo, your eyes were drawn to the beautiful view of Charlotte Harbour. The evenings were also breathtaking with the beautiful sunsets which were easily viewed from the lanai or the roof top. The condo was very clean with many supplies to keep it that way. The beds and sitting arrangements were very comfortable. The owners and property manager were always accessible if and when we needed them. You were in walking distance to many parks, Fisherman's Village and restaurants. We loved this condo and it's location and have rebooked for next year.

Great Winter Vacation

Everything was fresh, new and very clean. Owner and Manager very nice to deal with. Beautiful location. Could walk to Fisherman's Village. Rooftop pool very nice and upper deck was beautiful to watch the sunsets and great view of Punta Gorda Isles. Great supply of linens and even beach towels and can't forget new bicycles. Everyone at Condo complex were very friendly.
