Elevated Sonoma Retreat on Private Equestrian Estate

Welcome to our enchanting Heavenly Farm in Petaluma!

You drive through the Pearly Gates, up a eucalyptus grove to the main house. The main house includes 3 bedrooms. We have a large king bedroom, cozy full and queen bedrooms. This gorgeous property also offers WiFi, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, a gourmet kitchen, and wall to ceiling windows to look out over the east Petaluma mountains. We have a wrap around porch and BBQ for your use.

Our farm feels miles from everything but is only only 9.8 miles from downtown Petaluma, 14 miles from Dillon Beach ( a fantastic dog beach) and 13 miles to Nick’s Cove (a lovely seafood restaurant on Tomales Bay). There are beautiful hiking trails and wine tasting close by.

This is a working horse farm. You may see our caretakers taking care of our horses or even the owner riding in the outdoor arena. We encourage our guest to learn more about our horses and program so do not hesitate to reach out.

This property was amazing! The house was large and plenty of space for the 6 of us adults. Our son graduated from Coast Guard “A” school and this house was a quick drive to the base. We had other family members over for dinner after the ceremony and we had plenty of space at the table. We used the BBQ and loved the huge fridge. The host was fantastic and we absolutely loved staying here. THANK YOU!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The host Jasmine was wonderful and so kind to our kids letting them learn about her competition horse and even getting to feed him a few treats. The house is beautiful and the view is gorgeous. The location was also great to get to Bodega Bay and also back into Petaluma. We loved watching the fog roll out each morning. We can’t wait to stay at the “horse ranch” as my kids refer to it again.

Picturesque Rural Home

The house is lovely and has stunning views. The host was very thoughtful. While the property has an equestrian theme (and horses onsite), they’re off limits unless the host or other chaperone is available. Everything was very clean and a great base to explore Pt Reyes and Napa.

Best VRBO Ever

My adult children and their spouses joined me at this lovely house surrounded by a gorgeous horse ranch. Their attention to details such as cleanliness, comfort, easy to use kitchen and stereo equipment was truly exceptional. We had a few relatives over to see the place and enjoy a lovely meal (using their large propane BBQ) in the large and beautiful dining room. The "great room" was perfect for playing games, music, and enjoying the outstanding view. I could not recommend this place more highly!
