Nice little house in Allen Park

Needed a place to stay while attending a trade show. This place was clean, easy to get to, and had all we needed for a night in the Detroit area. It was a simple functional place to stay with a super easy check-in, private parking, set in a quiet safe neighborhood.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for what we needed. I came in from out is state and this house was around the block from the house I grew up in. So needless to say, it met my expectations and worked out well. Would stay here again

Comfortable and Convenient

This property was comfortable and conveniently located where we needed it to be based on the activities we had planned for the week. The neighborhood was nice, the property manager was excellent at communication and even shoveled the snow for us while we stayed. I do think there is an opportunity to use more space in this property like the basement. We had one little hiccup with not having wash cloths but they were very prompt at responding and brought some by. I would definitely stay again.

Great Neighborhood

We stayed here to be close to family who live nearby for a family celebration. This place is clean, recently remodeled, and comfortable. Checkout was a little early but owner accommodated our request to extend checkout time by an hour. Check in/out instructions were very simple and easy but I would have liked to received them a little sooner. Overall good place. I would stay again.
