Check-in is after 4PM, and check-out by 1 AM; unauthorized late check-out incurs a night-rate penalty. Parties, smoking, and pets are prohibited with penalties of $300, $250 for noise or obscene behavior leading to police involvement, and $250 for pets. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside; guests are advised to use building's large trash cans. Damages result in pro-rated charges. Upon check-out, turn off utilities and lock up. Penalties will be deducted from security deposit.
