Family Christmas Vacation

Great location. Brought our own boat. Fishing was good. Everglades City is an awesome and quiet little town. Property manager and his wife are great people. Very friendly and helpful!

Everglades Fishing

Had a great time. Matt/Concierge always answered on first ring, shared helpful info, and expedient for taxi needs. Area is beautiful and neighbors were all friendly and quick to info share as well. The place was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed.

Paradise Island

When we travel we stay mainly in cabins. This was a perfect cabin for us. The boat dock was convenient, the cabin was fully stocked and it was very quiet. The fishing was fantastic the catching not so good but good enough. If we used live bait we would have killed it but we use plastic lures. It was exactly what we were looking for and needed.

Amazing location

The house was clean, spacious, and had everything you could need for your stay. You absolutely can’t beat the location. The screened-in porch has a great view of the river and the dock is just steps away. A quick idle down the river if you have a boat and are fishing or a quick ride on the shuttle to the dock to explore Everglades City. We had a boat so we’re able to get ourselves to the restaurants on the river, but we saw Brian ferrying multiple people to and from dinner on the island’s shuttle. Brian and Cindy were great and were available anytime we needed anything. Thank you for the great stay and hope to see you next year!

Great House

We enjoyed our stay. Nice sitting on the porch and looking out at the water. Concierge service was great. Not a problem getting back and forth to the city. We had our boat and that made it easy too. Love that each room has their own bathroom. Nice kitchen also! Would definitely come back.

Trip of a lifetime

Once again we was not disappointed, we truly had a trip of a lifetime. Beside the absolute beauty of the area, we also enjoyed the neighborhood as well as the management team. Brian and Cindie was an absolute pleasure to be around.

Cozy Cottage

We had a wonderful time at the "cozy cottage" in the beautiful Everglades City. The beds are comfy as well as the couches which can easily serve as beds. It is very easy to hop on the island taxi and travel to Naples for a fun day of shopping for the girls! We all loved the fishing! Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home!

My family is from Everglades City, We enjoy all the fine rustic characteristics of this fishing village. The fishing is some of the best their is in Florida and the privacy of the Island makes it quiet and peaceful. Boaters this is your spot as the dock is just steps away with saltwater fishing, offshore or inshore just minutes away. If you don't have a boat, you can rent from the local marina, or have our concierge water taxi ferry you to and from your vacation home
