Enjoy 100% privacy in this modern 2-bedroom apartment, perfect for families and groups. With a private entrance, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 65" smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, full bathroom, and en-suite washer & dryer, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located just minutes from Washington DC's top landmarks and attractions, easily accessible by car or neaby public transport. The apartment has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, full kitchen/dinning area with all cooking assesntials provided. An en-suit laundry room with a washer & dryer. Plus a living area to relax and watch TV. All private to the guests. The entire space is exclusivly availble for the guests to use. I am just a one message away in case you need anything. We hope you're having a wonderful stay! Just a friendly reminder that our home is 100% smoke and vape-free (smoking outside is absolutely fine). Additionally, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing shoes in the sleeping areas, so everyone can enjoy the cleanliness and freshness of the space, just like it's brand new. Thank you for helping us keep the place welcoming for all!

I chose this neighborhood because it strikes the perfect balance-it’s quiet, safe, and tucked away from city noise, but still incredibly close to everything you need. It’s a real residential pocket of DC, with neighbors who say hello and plenty of green areas nearby. What I enjoy most is the calm vibe and easy access: within minutes you can be downtown, at Navy Yard or the National Mall. It’s the kind of spot where you can truly unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

Guests love the free private parking, private entrance, and full kitchen and laundry, perfect for longer stays or business travelers.
