The sprawling 150m² terrace has a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea and is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ, dining table for 8 and a comfortable lounge area.
The 13x3m (1.5m deep) swimming pool invites you to rejuvenate under the sun while soaking in the beauty of Paros.
The tranquil location is nestled on a hill in the south-east region of Paros, only a 5 minute drive from Marpissa, Golden Beach and Piso Livadi, 25 min from the airport, Naoussa and Parikia. Sports facilities, including tennis and padel courts are nearby, as are amenities such as supermarkets, bakeries, a butcher, fish mongers, pharmacy and many restaurants.
