Welcome to the Villa at Sailmaker Cove! This lovely home is located in the quiet and gated community of Sailmaker Cove. It is just steps from the pristine Gulf Coast and Santa Rosa Sound beaches, you've found your perfect vacation destination! Nestled along the stunning Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico, this spacious and inviting Villa offers a peaceful and idyllic retreat for families, couples, or friends seeking a memorable beach getaway at this 5 bedroom / 5 bath home.

This home is dog friendly for up to 2 dogs. Pet fee is $335.

With its spacious layout and modern amenities, our luxury vacation home provides all the comforts of home while allowing you to indulge in the beauty and tranquility of this coastal paradise.

You can enjoy cooking in the huge and well equipped chef's gourmet kitchen or enjoy the many excellent dining choices in the area. This home boasts an ADDITIONAL refrigerator in the garage with dual ice makers. This allows stocking in groceries for a large group + packing your cooler for a day at the beach just a breeze.

Inside, guest will find tons of amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, Direct TV, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Outside, a private patio or balcony awaits, providing an ideal spot for relaxation, enjoying meals while soaking up the refreshing sea breeze, or enjoy the spectacular and one of a kind sunsets.

Guest are welcome to use the four (4) kayaks (adult and children's life jackets + paddles provided) in the Sound with the ease of a dock or take a ride on the four (4) beach cruiser style bikes.

Host offers complimentary use of crib + additional pack n' play + sheets, high chair, children's dinnerware, and gates for the stairs.

With its amazing location and well-appointed amenities, this Navarre Beach vacation home promises an unforgettable vacation experience.

OPTIONAL - Sand Hopper electric beach cart rental for $275/week + $250 fully refundable damage deposit. This cart makes your trips to the beach a breeze as it is self powered an rolls through the sand with ease. OPTIONAL - 6 passenger electric ICON golf cart/LSV for $650/week + $500 fully refundable damage deposit. This registered cart can be driven on Gulf Boulevard from the south end of the bridge to the entrance National Seashore and parked at beach walkovers.

Base rates apply for up to 10 guests . Additional fees will apply for more than 10 guests. Host requires an e-signed rental agreement. If you add guests after your booking, extra fees may apply. Exterior ring cameras are located outside of the home covering the driveway areas.

No local rentals (less than 75 miles). Traveler that makes the reservation must be 25 or older and must stay in the property for the duration of the reservation. It is against VRBO policies to make a reservation for someone else in your name.

Great Place, Could use some maintenance

The place is great, but it could use a good handyman. The faucet in one of the bathroom tubs spun without engaging, same with a door knob in another bathroom. There were at least 5 other items that could have been fixed.

New Years in Narrve

From the non crowded beaches to the low key bay our family enjoyed this amazingly located Villa. We went kayaking, fishing, swimming, bike riding, seashell hunting on the beach was a 10 out of 10. The sand toys and chairs that were provided was an extra bonus. Our Host was amazing and quick to respond to the few things that needed addressed. We are used to staying in the hustle and bussel in Pensacola but Narrve really is the most relaxing place. We will definitely be back. Sara 2024-2025

Decent stay

ProsThe overall stay was decent. The host communicated very well. The house is big to host a large group. Excellent location. ConsThe house needed to be cleaned better. It was sandy in the living and kitchen, and some of the surfaces were sticky on arrival. The TV downstairs is old and outdated. It will not allow streaming or movie apps like Netflix. We had to buy a Roku to watch movies. The upstairs bedroom handle was broken and jacuzzi tub didn’t work. Additionally, the checkout time was 9am which created an inconvenience for our group. Overall the stay was decent, but there are more updated places for the same price in the area.

Great Trip with our 95 year old Dad

We had a wonderful trip with our 95 year old Dad. We’re all retired so this was a relaxing trip. The house is fantastic and was a perfect fit for our group of eight We all loved the views of The Sound and the beach was a short walk out of this small complex and across the street. Having kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, etc. available for your guests was perfect. Deanna is a wonderful Host and replied within minutes if I had a question. We hope to visit again. Thanks!

Crazy but Wonderful

We rented this home as a last minute family vacation. From the time we left home we seem to just have crazy stuff happening. However, DeAnna,the property manager, was wonderful to work with and did everything possible to fix any and everything. We loved having the Kayaks/canoes included. Along with the life jackets, fishing poles, beach chairs and beach toys. It made everything so much easier knowing we didn't need to bring it or to run out and buy it.

It was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Having contact with the host Skip was amazing. I didn't have to wait to hear back from him with any of my questions. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was spacious with a good view of the Santa Rosa Sound. But because of new development in the area there is not a view of the Gulf anymore. There were some issues with the refrigerator that Skip notified me about and the oven didn't get hot quickly. Overall though I would definitely stay here again if I had a large group of us going next year.

Great House

This house has everything you need to enjoy the sound and the beach. The king beds in every room fit our family perfectly. They even had a crib for the baby. The communication with the owners is great, they are readily available for anything you may need.

Navarre getaway

Location of this property is fantastic. See the bay and channel from your dining table and a short walk to the beach on the Gulf. Just at the entrance to the Gulf Shores National Seashore. Lots of building in the immediate and neighboring areas. To get to the beach on the channel side you need to go through narrow backyards of new homes. Bikes and kayaks are available as we didn't use them due to wind and no bike tire pump. Lots of beach toys and chairs for better weather time on the beach. Place needs some TLC but would rent again.

Family Vacation

There were 11 in our party, ranging in age 2 to 80. Everyone enjoyed the property. Plenty of space, a very nice house, but needs some TLC as it has been a rental for a few years. Doors do not properly shut, ice maker does not work, and a few other little things, but all and all would be glad to rent again.

Amazing Family Vacation !!!

The house was beautiful and plenty of room for our family of 10. The location was perfect. Fantastic view of the sound behind the home and we were within a 5 minute walk to the gulf across the street. At no point was the beach crowded and sometimes we were the only family out in the area across from the home which was a plus! The garage is full of beach gear for all ages. Skip and Debbie were great to work with and were quick to respond to all of my questions prior to arrival. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful relaxing location. The house is a great lay out for a large group.

Wonderful home in an amazing location. A lot of construction going on all around which was rather noisy. House needs a deep cleaning. Baseboards and bathroom cabinet are very dirty and there was mold in the shower.

Always Amazing!

We have rented this house several times over the past 11 years. It is a perfect location for families. The sound and beach are both enjoyable places to play and hang out. The house has a great layout. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. The owners are friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect for us

This house is sitting on the water in a private neighborhood with views and easy access to the sound from the back and a five minute walk to the gulf side to a beach with few people. The owner provides umbrellas, chairs, kayaks and Beach toys with wagons to pull them up the driveway to the beach. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The owner is responsive and easy to work with. If there is a negative, it is no "bunk room" to put all the kids and only one bath in the main floor. No matter. We were all happy. Planning another stay next year.

Outstanding week!

We have been going to Navarre Beach for more than 20 years. After staying in the same place for the last decade we decided to try a new place. Wow! Everyone was pleased. It was easier to get to the beach than some of the places with boardwalks. Plus, the proximity to the Gulf National Seashore made the beach here less crowded. The location on the canal made fishing and swimming so much more accessible. The community pool—a must for our group—was perfect. And, the house was amazing. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and met the needs of our large family group. We enjoyed the week so much, we have already booked for next year. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Walden for helping us have an incredible vacation!

Family of 11 vacation

The house was perfect! It was clean. It has everything we needed. We usually stay right on the beach and thought it was a bit closer to the house according to pictures. The bay is not accessible for the kids to play in so it made it a bit challenging for our littles. Overall we were very happy with this vacation rental!
