Reservation Requirements:

Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements.

1) Completing our guest verification form which includes the primary guest should upload a selfie holding a valid identification card on the form, this should also match with the credit card information used for making the reservation and the information entered on the booking platform.

2) Guest form to know our guests a little better, confirm your contact details, and make sure you sign all the paperwork needed such as the Rental Agreement.

We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.

My husband and I loved the space (very comfortable) and the location (fantastic). The StayNue staff responded to messages quickly and kindly. Check in and check out were smooth.Only negative: couch is old and has an unstable back.Thank you, StayNue, for your retreat!!!

A location in The Back Bay. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and exploring Boston. Apartment was very clean and spacious. A few issues, hopefully all have been sorted for next guests

Location location location!

Giving this unit 5 stars mostly for location and convenience! In the middle of Newbury street walking all around Boston was a breeze as was finding nearby bars, restaurants and shopping. Be prepared for noise (we didn’t mind), but when you choose to stay on a busy street it’s unavoidable!

Awesome Apartment

We booked this apartment for a 5 day holiday in Boston. Our son was running in the marathon and we wanted to be central to the action and this place was perfectly located for that!

Cute, chic and comfortable

Loved the vibe of this place! The space was very clean and welcoming and the little touches and detail to the decor are really sweet and considerate. The property host checked in with us during our arrival and ensured we could access to the unit. They checked in with us and responded to any questions very promptly. I will definitely be booking again next time I am here in Boston!

Excellent location and nice furnishings, but slightly complicated to find the apartment keys late at night since the information is not in the emails, but rather in the account on the Vrbo website. The apartment had a small water leak.

The location is terrific . The unit looks out over Newbury Street and very close to the T. The view is great, and being upstairs from Levain Bakery (smells like chocolate chip cookies!) is a fun bonus. Heat and water pressure were good, and having washer/dryer in unit is a huge bonus.This unit is managed by a company rather than an individual host, so most communication was auto-generated and signed by different people. It felt impersonal, and I often had to re-explain my situation. My flight was canceled due to a blizzard and I arrived two days late. I had paid for early check-in, and two nights that I didn’t need, and while I understand weather isn’t their responsibility, it would have been nice to receive some acknowledgment or communication about it.I also found a large live cockroach in the shower. I understand older city buildings can have pests, but I messaged the host and received no response, which was disappointing.Things to know: there are stairs to enter the building and additional stairs up to the second-floor unit, so be prepared to carry luggage. The lockbox is mounted very high. I amt 5'2" and I couldn’t reach it and had to ask someone nearby for help. The apartment overlooks Newbury Street, so it’s lively and can be noisy, but totally expected for the area and wasn't an issue. Wifi was fast and reliable. The linens were worn and low quality Overall an excellent location and decent space. Communication could be better and the roach was gross
