Great house, needs more details on cleaning.
I’ll start by saying this a beautiful home. For us it was in a great location and neighbourhood for what we needed. The home is new and large. Comfortable beds and blankets. Definitely cozy. Loved that it had a washer/dryer. There are a few things that could be worked on though. I don’t think the house was swept/moped/ or vacuumed before we arrived as there were long black hairs. Most specifically the stairs and carpet upstairs. The stove inside was quite dirty as well. Also in both the upstairs bathrooms there were things left in the drawers, as well as a dirty bar of soap in the shower. When you pay a cleaning fee, you do expect certain marks to be hit in a home, so unfortunately some of those things seem to be lacking. All things considering, if in the area again I would possibly rent this home again as it hits a lot of the marks for when looking for a house to stay in. Hopefully cleanliness could be more of a priority.
