Great for families
Spent our spring break here with two other families. First time to the area and had a great time. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. It's a short 10 min walk to the beach with chairs, wagon, and beach towels provided. There are very few parking spots at the beach access point. So we used one car to drop off the bulk of stuff, then the rest of us walked with the wagon. One of our families had brought a sun shade (the kind that uses sand to anchor), and it was perfect. I did not see one at the house, but they did have some umbrellas I believe. We enjoyed time in the heated pool and hot tub as well. Managing temps with the iPad took some time to figure out, but our host was very attentive.We spent one night in town at Coconut Jack's for dinner, which was delicious. They have complimentary valet, and we called ahead for seating. We walked down to the Doc House one day (about 30 min from our beach access #5). Fyi, they only take cash.
