This is a very comfortable apartment on the 2nd floor of the building. It has Northern and Western exposure. It has a full kitchen, full size bed, all tile private bathroom with glass shower enclosure, desk, sofa and small dining space. The lighting in this apartment is abundant. Nice sized closet. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located on the East side of Rochester to the entrances of 490/590, Pittsford, Webster, E. Rochester, Perinton, Fairport and in the town of Penfield.
This space is unique because this apartment is in what was a former mansion in the town of Penfield. Originally it sat on 100 acres of farmland. Now we have only one acre, but the yard is very nice and treed like a park. Each of the apartments in this building is unique and feature hardwood floors, contemporary kitchens, baths and lighting. All the furnishings are chosen for your best experience.
