When someone books with us, as owners we request the location and units tailored to our guest's preferences. There is no guarantee that Marriott will give us the exact unit requested. Our track record is they have so far always been successful in getting one of our guests' top choices. We do for our guests what we would want done for us. Going the extra mile for our guests makes their vacation experience better!
