Located near Grand Lagoon and just an 8-minute walk to Beach Access 9, it offers convenience and comfort. Enjoy a private fenced backyard, upper balcony, front porch, and ample parking for four vehicles. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The house was nice however it would seem the cleaning crew does not do a very good job. The couch had dog hair all over it. There were two knives in the whole house and one looked like it had been put down the garbage disposal, blade was terribly chipped. Cabinet doors had food on them. We took photos the first day we got there to document. There were barely any bath towels even though the house is advertised to house 10 people; we had seven and did not have enough bath towels or wash cloths. The house was spacious, showers were clean and floors were clean.

The property worked well for our family of 10. Age ranges 12-83. The location is about a 3 minute drive to the beach. We did not explore the area as we were there for a family reunion so all activities and meals took place at another rental. We all were able use both showers and laundry with no issues to water tempOr pressure which was appreciated. One constructive criticism is the lack of sun control i.e the blinds and curtain did not block out the morning light. Not a deal breaker but worth a mention. Maybe bring an sleep mask :)

We loved everything about this house. Very spacious for our family of 6. Our only complaint is that the driveway has little to no space for 2 vehicles. We had our Ford truck and suburban and it was the tightest squeeze to not run our tires off into the culvert. there was not much room to park on the street. You aren’t allowed to park in the grass either so If there was about 2 more feet of concrete, it would have been perfect. It would be fine for one car though.
