"Wow!" is always the guest reaction when entering this light and airy split-level home in the heart of Cary. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes from picturesque downtown Cary and quaint downtown Apex. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room and dining room with vaulted ceilings, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a nice deck with Weber grill for relaxing. King bed in the primary bedroom and Queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. Dedicated laptop workspace by a sunny window. Smart TVs in the living room and primary bedroom. Hop out on the greenway and enjoy miles of jogging (or strolling) by the creeks. While the yard is not fenced in, you can walk your pet a few yards to a 5-acre field to play catch. A mile walk will take you to the neighborhood lake where you can watch the sunset. A 3-minute drive will take you to Apex Community Lake which has a 2-mile loop around the gorgeous lake. Need Groceries? Trader Joe's is a 3-minute drive, or 2 mile walk by greenway. Koka Booth Ampitheatre, the site of many festivals and concerts is 10 minutes away. New, Downtown Cary Park, the site of unique playgrounds for the kids, dog park, outdoor ping pong, splash pad (summer) and ice skating (winter) is 10 minutes away too. This property offers tasteful comfort in a natural setting yet close to restaurants, shopping, breweries and nightlife with easy access to I-40 and I-440. Weekend in Cary

My friends and I were in town for a festival and we stayed here. The property was clean, communication was great, and it was easy to find. The host made us banana bread and left fresh flowers which was so thoughtful. Would highly recommend!
