- 3-day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of $145 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Spa only heat fee is $60.00 per day.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
-To help you get started, we supply a short-term starter pack of necessities for your first day only.
-You will receive a comprehensive digital guide before arrival with everything needed for a smooth stay.
-Animals are not allowed on the premises.

Exceptional communication with property management and beautiful home! Beautiful sunsets every night! We had some issues with heating the pool and hot tub, but those issues were worked through with help from the homeowner and property management. Wi-Fi dropped on our last two days of staying but was eventually restored. We would stay again!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful trip at Beach Smiles. The location to the beach is unbeatable! Private beach access right across from the house and a non-crowded emerald shoreline made for an easy vacation with 3 little ones. The house was perfect for our family and the deck was a great spot for everyone to enjoy!

Wonderful Home - Everything You Need

Kyle and Ron are awesome I recommend this house to anyone looking for a large home in Cape San Blas. It has everything you could need for a beach vacation and the home owner as well as manager are extremely responsive and quick to address all questions and needs of the guests.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful house and location! Best part of the Cape in my opinion, even had a loggerhead turtle lay her next right in front of the house one morning while we were there. Owner was great to work with and maintenance guy was pleasant and super helpful, even put out beach equipment every morning for us. From someone that manages several vacation rentals, this is a phenomenal choice and would not disappoint! Already planning a trip back!

The best place to stay for any event.

This house is AMAZING. Not only is the beach nice and quiet, but also the cleanest beach we have ever seen. Ron and Kyle were extremely helpful and kind, helped us through any questions. If you are able. Put this place on your list!

Amazing home & vacation!

The home is beautiful! Our family of 12 throughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the bedrooms, the amazing kitchen, the beach chairs and umbrellas which were set up each day, and the outdoor grill. The private pool is gorgeous & we spent time there during the day and night. Can’t say enough about the property owner. He made check in & out very easy. Was always friendly & helpful. Thank you for a fabulous family vacation!!

Great Property for beach break

Beach Smiles at inlet beach is the BEST! Communication with owner was wonderful and timely. Check in was seamless. House was immaculate on arrival. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Will rent again. This is the one, book now you won’t be sorry 😀

Great House

The house and location did not disappoint. There was a very short walk to the private beach. The kitchen was furnished with everything you would need. Ron responded promptly to my text and was always helpful with any request. We were there for a month and hated to leave!

Spectacular

Everything about this place is spectacular. The house was perfect for all of us. I’ve never been to a place where the kitchen had everything a chef would want! It was amazing!!the kids loved the indoor slide. The pool and jacuzzi were the best overlooking that beautiful secluded beach. Dealing with the owner and caretaker was easy and they both are so helpful. We would definitely return to this beautiful place!

Beach Smiles Family Vacation

This home is beautiful, warming and very relaxing. Well appointed with thoughtful amenities throughout. The main floor is awesome especially with the covered patio just off the kitchen. The heated pool is the perfect size for a quick dip or just lounging. Having beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes at the house was great! Access to the private beach was easy. We plan to return and have already spread the word to friends.

Amazing

The pictures don’t do it justice. Such a wonderful property. Everything is so well done. We traveled with a group of families with many kids. We never once felt cramped. Kitchen is great is everything is thought out in the house. Can’t wait to come back again.

I can’t put into words how the ladies on the softball team viewed the property! Easily the best so far. Easy access to the beach with every necessity to enjoy the beach readily available. Just awesome !!

Great location, Lovely Home

We spent the week with family at this beautiful home. We loved being close to the beach and how easy the access was. Our elderly parents has an easy time getting to the beach and accessing all 3 floors of the house using the elevator. The porches offer lovely beach views. The kitchen is very well equipped and we loved the open concept! The owners thought of everything and we appreciated having plenty of items to start our week off. Furnishings and beds were stylish and comfortable. Enjoyed the bikes and proximity to Rosemary Beach shopping and dining. We had the pool Heated and enjoyed using it in the evening. I would highly recommend Beach smiles! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Beach Smiles 6/27-7/4

There are not enough stars to say how much we LOVED our stay at Beach Smiles. Ron was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay so easy. We loved the patios, the outdoor eating area, the grill, the bunk room was amazing for our little people. The upstairs master bathroom is a DREAM! the house was so close to the beach and the walk back and forth was so easy. our kids enjoyed all the tubes, boards, nets, beach toys, shovels and the pool! the house layout was awesome for 2 families -- we never felt on top of each other or in each others way. I loved the large washer and dryer. Having a refrigerator and ice maker in the garage made packing coolers for the beach super easy. We will definitely be back to stay ASAP! highly recommend this property and this owner!

Beach Smiles

Beach Smiles property is the nicest home we have rented in the area. The owner and property management team went way above and beyond to accommodate us in every aspect of our stay, very courteous and professional. The home itself is beautifully furnished in high end decor, with everything we needed for our stay. The location of the beach access is right outside your door. Beach was never crowded as it is private with a code to enter. Having a pool of our very own was a tremendous asset. Providing everything from beach towels to beach chairs and umbrellas made it especially nice. (Next years stay we will leave our beach stuff at home because they have plenty for our family) I can say that this home will be our home to rent from now on. Beautiful house, but a couple issues

When renting, I always need a house with an elevator, and I've rented different houses for the last 10 years for this womens weekend. Unfortunatley, when we arrived at the house, we realized the elevator wasnt working, I did contact the owners (they did respond quickly) about it, they called for a tech but then told me it probably wouldnt be fixed during our stay (i guess in the contract it does state something about it not being guaranteed to be working) We stayed from Thursday to Monday, and it was fixed Sunday night, but we did have to rearrange rooms and have a couple poeple sleep on the living room sofas because they could not do more than one flight of stairs. Also, (and its my fault), didnt realize the check out was 9am, all the others I've rented were 10am, and that hour does make a difference

Best Vacation Rental Yet

I've stayed at vacation rentals all over the world and I have to say this may be the best one yet. And I can be pretty picky. From the ease of booking to the communication with the owner throughout, I don't have a negative thing to say. The house is just like the pictures if not better. The location couldn't be any better. You aren't in the chaos of Rosemary Beach, but an easy one mile bike ride gets you to downtown Rosemary if you want to check it out. And the bikes are provided! Our group ranged in age from 2 to 63 and everyone had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pool at the house and being close to walk back and forth to the beach. It's literally a one minute walk to the beach and since the beach is private, you don't have to deal with the crowds. It's like being beachfront without the beachfront cost. Things we enjoyed about our stay: - Great house with lots of space - Private pool with nice furniture to hangout on - Private Beach without the crowds - Grill on the 2nd floor with a huge patio to eat or just relax on - 2nd refrigerator in the garage for drinks and other things along with separate ice maker which comes in handy - bikes provided along with other beach and pool items - Publix nearby (3 minutes) or drive a little further down into Panama City for a Target, Walmart, and other shopping If you haven't stayed in Inlet Beach, I'd recommend checking out The Donut Hole for breakfast or lunch. We also ordered pizza from Bubba's one night and had 30a Taco deliver food one night. Cafe Aroma is also a nice little coffee shop just a couple of minutes away. I'm an avid runner and had more than enough places to run including running through the state park nearby. Overall, I can't recommend this house enough.

Best rental on the beach

We just had a week long stay at Makin Memories & had an absolute blast. The house is perfectly laid out for renters. All the bedrooms are en suite and every floor has a breakfast bar with a mini fridge just in case you don’t want to walk down or take the elevator to the main floor. I have been been a vrbo renter for many years & this house really has everything you need. It is extremely well kept, clean & beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. The beach is literally steps away & Kyle sets up chairs every day which is very convenient. The pool, hot tub, & fire pit are lovely. The kitchen is probably the most well stocked of any rental I’ve ever stayed in and the extra fridges & ice makers are above & beyond. So thank you, Ron, for a wonderful family vacation & also for your great communication before, during, & after our stay. We hope to do it again!
