- 3-day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of $145 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Spa only heat fee is $60.00 per day.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
-To help you get started, we supply a short-term starter pack of necessities for your first day only.
-You will receive a comprehensive digital guide before arrival with everything needed for a smooth stay.
-Animals are not allowed on the premises.

Exceptional communication with property management and beautiful home! Beautiful sunsets every night! We had some issues with heating the pool and hot tub, but those issues were worked through with help from the homeowner and property management. Wi-Fi dropped on our last two days of staying but was eventually restored. We would stay again!

Amazing home & vacation!

The home is beautiful! Our family of 12 throughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the bedrooms, the amazing kitchen, the beach chairs and umbrellas which were set up each day, and the outdoor grill. The private pool is gorgeous & we spent time there during the day and night. Can’t say enough about the property owner. He made check in & out very easy. Was always friendly & helpful. Thank you for a fabulous family vacation!!

Wonderful Home - Everything You Need

Kyle and Ron are awesome I recommend this house to anyone looking for a large home in Cape San Blas. It has everything you could need for a beach vacation and the home owner as well as manager are extremely responsive and quick to address all questions and needs of the guests.

Spectacular

Everything about this place is spectacular. The house was perfect for all of us. I’ve never been to a place where the kitchen had everything a chef would want! It was amazing!!the kids loved the indoor slide. The pool and jacuzzi were the best overlooking that beautiful secluded beach. Dealing with the owner and caretaker was easy and they both are so helpful. We would definitely return to this beautiful place!

Beautiful house, but a couple issues

When renting, I always need a house with an elevator, and I've rented different houses for the last 10 years for this womens weekend. Unfortunatley, when we arrived at the house, we realized the elevator wasnt working, I did contact the owners (they did respond quickly) about it, they called for a tech but then told me it probably wouldnt be fixed during our stay (i guess in the contract it does state something about it not being guaranteed to be working) We stayed from Thursday to Monday, and it was fixed Sunday night, but we did have to rearrange rooms and have a couple poeple sleep on the living room sofas because they could not do more than one flight of stairs. Also, (and its my fault), didnt realize the check out was 9am, all the others I've rented were 10am, and that hour does make a difference

The best place to stay for any event.

This house is AMAZING. Not only is the beach nice and quiet, but also the cleanest beach we have ever seen. Ron and Kyle were extremely helpful and kind, helped us through any questions. If you are able. Put this place on your list!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful house and location! Best part of the Cape in my opinion, even had a loggerhead turtle lay her next right in front of the house one morning while we were there. Owner was great to work with and maintenance guy was pleasant and super helpful, even put out beach equipment every morning for us. From someone that manages several vacation rentals, this is a phenomenal choice and would not disappoint! Already planning a trip back!

Best rental on the beach

We just had a week long stay at Makin Memories & had an absolute blast. The house is perfectly laid out for renters. All the bedrooms are en suite and every floor has a breakfast bar with a mini fridge just in case you don’t want to walk down or take the elevator to the main floor. I have been been a vrbo renter for many years & this house really has everything you need. It is extremely well kept, clean & beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. The beach is literally steps away & Kyle sets up chairs every day which is very convenient. The pool, hot tub, & fire pit are lovely. The kitchen is probably the most well stocked of any rental I’ve ever stayed in and the extra fridges & ice makers are above & beyond. So thank you, Ron, for a wonderful family vacation & also for your great communication before, during, & after our stay. We hope to do it again!

Amazing

The pictures don’t do it justice. Such a wonderful property. Everything is so well done. We traveled with a group of families with many kids. We never once felt cramped. Kitchen is great is everything is thought out in the house. Can’t wait to come back again.

Amazing Memories Made

We have a large group who travel for fall break together every year. This is the first time we have wanted to stay in the same place again next year! Beautiful home. Quiet location. Best Beach House

We had the best trip EVER! We travel to a different place every year simply because we like exploring and changing up the scenery, etc....we have never stayed in the same place twice in many, many years....WELL, we loved this place so much that we have decided that this is the BEST place that we have stayed EVER.....we have already booked it for next year....so much for never staying in the same place twice! The owners thought of everything to make our stay wonderful! From extra refrigerators, to a commercial ice maker, additional washer/dryer to a coffee morning bar on each floor...they even let us rent a 50 foot water bouncy slide for a week and set it up on their adjacent volleyball court for the grandkids! We were so impressed with the beautiful interiors and the immaculate cleanliness. The communication was BY FAR the best that we have every had with an owner. If we ever needed anything, it was a direct text and response within minutes. We have never had that experience with vacation rental companies. Kyle was our "go to" guy while at the property, and he was AMAZING! I can't tell you how valuable it was having him checking on us/seeing if we needed anything. His beach set up was ideal and made the trip that much easier/enjoyable with chairs/umbrellas waiting on us each morning. Our family hopes to make this an annual trip from here on out! We can't recommend Makin' Memories enough! Simply amazing!

CAPE SAN BLAS "MAKIN' MEMORIES" LIVED UP TO IT'S NAME!

Every year we treat our children and their families to our annual "Family Vacay." We've vacationed in many wonderful rental properties over the years but this property was absolutely THE BEST! We had my 91 year old Dad with us and this house was perfect for him, because he was able to stay on the main level in a private bedroom (with private bath) and have access to the pool area without having to deal with the elevator or stairs. The kitchen in this house was the most well appointed kitchen we've ever had! We had everything we needed to cook each night, and even had a personal chef come in for dinner one night in a kitchen where he had everything he needed to prepare a perfect meal for us! The nine bedrooms, private bathrooms, the pool area, the beach, the sunsets - all perfect! We'd like to say a huge thank you to Ron (the owner) and his Property Manager Kyle, who were professional, yet super friendly and so easy to work with! Thank you for a fabulous 2022 Family Vacay where we had the best time EVER "Makin' Memories!"

Outstanding accommodations!

This is a beautiful home that is well appointed with all the items we needed for our stay with our large/extended family. Immaculate home. This is cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The layout of the home made it easy for our 91 year old father to maneuver around with ease- to the pool and beach It is equipped with everything needed from the elevator, freezer, three refrigerators, bar fridge, bar ice-maker, wine refrigerator and a large ice-maker for filling coolers and much more. Plenty of dish ware, glassware, cookware, serving dishes, etc. Comfortable throughout the home. Beautiful sunsets and all around peaceful environment. No competition from high rises....beach pretty much to ourselves. I could not be more impressed with Ron and his property team. When we did have a question, they were extremely prompt and professional. We are already planning our stay at this property next year. Many thanks to Ron and his team for a great vacation.

Magnificent for Makin Memories!

This property is amazing! This magnificent home is right on the beach with everything! From the kids sliding (Yes, there is a slide inside!) down to breakfast every morning to a family volleyball game on the court adjacent to the home to the pool and hot tub time to sitting by the fire pit and of course enjoying the beach. We took our family of 14 - adult kids and grandchildren ages 11-24 - and we certainly all enjoyed Makin Memories! The kitchen was so wonderful and had everything and plenty of everything. We cooked in every night so that we could enjoy this amazing home. Wonderful bar area with ice maker, each floor has coffee bar and wine fridge. This home left nothing to be desired! Kyle was amazing - from setting up our chairs, cabanas and umbrellas every day on the beach to answering every text and stopping by to check on us. We will be back!

Lovely in Every Way

We brought four generations of family to Beach Smiles. Our ages ranged form 85 to 1. All had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, just steps from the boardwalk to a private stretch of gorgeous beach. The house laid out perfectly for a large group like ours--4 households with 5 littles. Every convenience and amenity. Our host was gracious and accommodating. Would book again in a heartbeat.
