Perfect for up to 10 guests, this charming home offers 3 bedrooms (king, queen, bunk beds), a sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms with fresh towels and essentials. The open living area and fully-equipped kitchen are ideal for gatherings, while the patio with a fire pit and grill invites outdoor fun. whether you're traveling for business, with your significant other, or with your family - this is the perfect spot for you! I picked this spot because it’s right next to Grand Park, one of the biggest and most energetic youth sports complexes in the country—spanning 400 acres of playing fields, indoor turf courts, and loads of walking and biking trails  . It’s a dream come true for families, athletes, or anyone who loves a lively, active setting.
What really makes this neighborhood special is how family-friendly and close-knit it feels. It’s full of well-kept homes, excellent schools, and a real community vibe—you’ll often see friendly neighbors chatting or walking their kids/ pups nearby  .
Downtown Westfield is just a short stroll or drive away, and it’s charming—blending historic character with newer spots like the Grand Junction Plaza, and local favorites like The Italian House and Rivet Coffee. It’s the perfect balance of quiet neighborhood and places to explore .
And for an outdoor enthusiast? The Monon Trail runs right through, connecting Westfield to Carmel, Indianapolis, and even Sheridan. It’s great for biking, walking, or just getting out in the fresh air!
