Bright, Open Living Spaces with Golf Course Views
Upstairs, large windows flood the home with natural light and offer panoramic views of the golf course. The open living area includes a cozy wood stove, flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating—ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. Step out onto the upper deck for outdoor dining, BBQs, or evening stargazing from the private hot tub.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, and all the essentials you need to cook for your group. The adjacent dining area has plenty of seating and a great view, making mealtime a highlight of your stay.

This was a fantastic place to stay with plenty of room for a family get together. It was easy to get to and it was very clean. So easy to get to the shops nearby and the store. There were plenty of bicycles to bike on the miles of bike paths! We loved our stay!!

We had a wonderful time! This beautiful house was perfect for our family of 8. Lots of space, too many amenities to count! The pool table, pingpong and basketball hoop were especially well loved and used. Everything was in excellent condition, kitchen very well stocked, and beds were really comfortable. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed the herd of white tailed deer that showed up everyday in the yard by the golf course. The SHARC passes were an extra treat. We used the pickle ball courts and swam everyday. 5 star rating for this wonderful place!

Very comfortable, spacious, clean, & quiet. well stocked kitchen. Solid walls stopping sound from traveling. Lovely views of the golf course from the deck. Access to the Sunriver Mall was a 5 min walk across the 13th fairway and Abbot Dr. the SHARC is nearby Lots of bikes, games and fun. We loved our stay.

Great location

We recently stayed at this home in Sunriver and really enjoyed the location—it’s perfectly situated close to the village and SHARC, which made getting around super easy and convenient.The house itself is a bit outdated and wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed in, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. There were some issues during our stay with jacuzzi and a dryer that wasn’t functioning. That said, the host was responsive and made an effort to accommodate us by providing extra towels and trying to help where possible.Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the space and location. With a little more attention to cleanliness and some updates, this could be an exceptional rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful stay this summer. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The house sits on the 12th hole of the golf course and is a quick and easy walk to the village. We had excellent customer service through the management company. The communication was great and they handled our two small issues promptly. The only negatives were that the dishwasher left dishes a bit dirty and there were no sheets for the pull out couch in the house. Thankfully, we were able to reach out to family member to bring sheets. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. We enjoyed use of the SHARC passes and the kids loved all of the various activities in the house (pool table, ping pong, movies, etc). We would happily stay here again.

We do have both a local office for issues that may pop up during the day, as well as an after hours line that can help with issues such as missing sheets or dishwasher filters needing cleaned. The Hide a bed sheets are stored in a plastic bag on a laundry room shelf or closet shelf closest to the hide a bed. If we can help in the future, please let us know!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: This property is in a very conveniently located area. Very close walk & bike to the village and SHARC along with easy access to the trails. Home was clean & equipt with all the necessities. CONS: Cleaning crew was still there upon check in time and was waiting in driveway with all of their stuff for about 15 minutes waiting on their ride which made check in/ unloading a little awkward. The hot tub had brown murky water that continued to worsen with us. We lost a day of use waiting on maintenance to come. Two of the bikes provided had wobbly tires and were extremely noisy. We ended up renting an extra bike which cost us $. Lastly the pillows provided were like pancakes which were very uncomfortable and left several of us with sore necks. All in all we had a great time.

Lots of bikes although a couple had flat tires. Clean hot tubPlenty of sitting indoors and out. Beds were fine. Would be nice if bedroom window treatments were room darkening to block the early morning light. Living room and downstairs bedroom under deck need more lighting-rooms are a little dim.
