Located in N. Scottsdale in the highly sought after DC Ranch area, this condo is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one king bed and one queen bed). This 1240 square foot condo is on the ground floor with 9 foot ceilings which make it feel open and inviting. The relaxing back patio offers gorgeous desert and mountain views. The community pool, spa and fire pit also offer stunning mountain views. Everything you need is provided… Washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath linens, blow dryers, T.V.’s with Cable and WiFi. You’ll also have access to a single car garage.

You’ll never be bored in this amazing location… 25 Minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport and located just five minutes of the 101 in N. Scottsdale you are near it ALL!!! Whether your interests lie at Westworld and Barrett-Jackson, Golfing TPC Scottsdale, Greyhawk or one of the MANY beautiful golf courses in Arizona, Spring Training Baseball, Hiking, Biking… You name… This area has anything and everything you could possible want!!! And don’t get me started on the countless mouth-watering dining options and fabulous shopping!!!

Beautifully appointed stylish condo with all high quality amenities and everything we could ever need. Beautiful development with clean pool and hot tub directly out the patio door. Lovely area close to shopping, outdoor activities including golf and hiking. Fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Donna is a most attentive host always accessible.

From the location, the host, and the property, this was one of the best stays in the area in the past 10 years. Appreciated the recent upscale renovation.We highly recommend this property and would book this unit again.

Beautiful place

My husband and I stayed in the beautifully renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. The finishes and fixtures were beautiful. It had a great patio with a lovely view. The host was very accommodating and reply to questions very quickly. She have great restaurant suggestion and was happy to help. We would recommend this condo!

Very quiet neighborhood. I never heard anyone. Beautiful view of desert sitting on the porch. Modern upgraded condo with plenty of space. It has everything you need. Donna is very easy to get hold of. I loved staying there. Great location. Convenient grocery stores and shopping just up the street

We chose our condo in the N. Scottsdale and DC Ranch area for its proximity to amazing restaurants, shopping, golf courses and area attractions; West World, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale, Mayo Clinic, Old Town Scottsdale, Cave Creek, hiking trails and much more!!

We immediately knew this was the right property when we walked in the door... Having a downstairs unit with nine foot ceilings, great light, and a view of the desert and mountains was a huge draw for us. Throw in a perfect location and we knew we had a winner. Next came the fun of a complete remodel... The condo is brand new from top to bottom!!!
