Welcome to our stunning property located in the heart of Saratoga Springs! Winner of prestigious Saratoga Preservation Foundation Restoration Award. Our recently renovated 3-story Victorian boasts a spacious first floor, one bedroom apartment with a plush king-sized bed, a full bathroom, and a queen-sized pullout couch in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. This unit is for Adults and Children age 10 and over.

Our coffee bar with a Keurig and K cups is perfect for a relaxing cup of joe before heading out to explore the city. And speaking of exploration, our location can't be beat - we're just two blocks away from the Saratoga Race Track and three blocks from Downtown Saratoga and Broadway in a peaceful, quaint neighborhood.

Our fully stocked and equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, and the 55-inch smart TV in the living room with FREE cable with the Spectrum App is perfect for movie nights. Central air and heating ensure that you'll be comfortable no matter the season.

Off-street parking is available for one vehicle, while the rest can utilize free on-street parking. Linens, towels, and bath consumables are also available for your convenience. And with free high-speed WiFi, you'll be able to stay connected throughout your stay.

You can relax on our furnished front porch, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. And if you need to do laundry during your stay, we have a phone-app-operated washer and dryer available for your use.

Please note that, while each unit has been insulated between floors and walls of the other units, this is a 100 year old home and you may hear motion or TV's from another unit, as there are 6 apartments in the building.

Fun couple of days

Nice quiet area central to everything. A beautiful place with a nice wrap around porch to sit and relax after a day at the track. Would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, cups, etc. The fridge was large, clean and had a water dispenser. The bed was comfortable. The porch was lovely. Local shopping was great. The history of the area is endless. The Visitor Center was very helpful and I would encourage all visitors to start there!

First stay in Saratoga

Very nice, comfortable and roomy. Well stocked. King bed was very comfortable as well. Nice neighborhood close to downtown which has unique shops and good restaurants.

Very comfortable furniture. Kitchen well appointed. Certainly a home away from home. Walking distance to track and downtown and we are 60 plus years old.

Lovely Victorian Mansion

Quaint street, Lovely space, nicely furnished. Walking Distance to town. Perfect porch for a quiet evening. Will definately be back.

The location was walkable to downtown, the track and where we needed to go. Apartment was inside a big single family chopped up into apts. There were 2 apts on the 1st floor. It was adequate for 2 people or less. Bedroom had old glass doors with fabric over the glass. They should be replaced with solid doors.. I’m a small person and felt the bathroon was an uncomfortably small laout. And the sofa bed was a thin mattress. OK maybe for a child. We didnt use the kitchen, so I can’t comment on that. Floors were built up over old flooring I think, so there were odd threshold transitions too. Not great…
