Policies:
--Fire bans may occasionally happen. The timing of this is out of our control. Live burns and fires outside are strictly not permitted. Please reference Teller County sheriff's office website for current fire ban laws.
--At this elevation you don't need AC! It stays much cooler at 8,000 ft and open windows keeps it comfortable on a summer day.

Parking:
There is free parking for 4 vehicles. There are two separate parking areas. 4WD/AWD is recommended for winter months. This property is easily accessible. Roads are well maintained and we do have snow removal when it snows 4"+.
