- Close to lots of shops and restaurants
- Please be advised there`s a construction nearby so if you are a light sleeper please bring earplugs
- JBR1 Tram station is a 7 minute walk which connect you to Dubai Metro.
- Dubai Marina Mall is a 10 min drive or thru Tram.
- JBR beach is a 12 min walk and the underground free parking is available if you eat in one of the restaurants. You just need to validate your car registration number.
Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
