Our home collapsed was destroyed in the storm while we were in Europe and our kids were in ATL. We needed emergency housing in our neighborhood and decided support those properties in our community first and found this property. Booked the property fully paid and boarded plane to make sure we could get home. As soon as we landed we get a notice from owner the property was not available. Not to mention it would take up to 7 days to get our money back which was over 2k. To say this exchange was a disaster was an understatement. Especially since the damage of our home meant we would actually need to find housing for 6 months. Anyone considering staying at this property should probably message the owner first to make sure the property is really available before you hand over your money and have to wait a week to get your money back!
