We had an unforgettable vacation at Pearl villa. From the moment we booked, the host and team were exceptionally professional, responding quickly and providing all the information we needed. We were greeted at the airport with a complimentary, spacious mini-bus transfer, making our arrival easy and comfortable.The villa itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Each bedroom is airy with wonderfully comfortable beds, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathrooms are spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen comes with high-end appliances and complete cookware, making it a pleasure to prepare meals together as a family. The private pool is spacious and beautifully maintained, featuring a gentle waterfall that automatically flows every hour, creating a lively yet relaxing atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a day out. The laundry room with both washer and dryer was another big plus for our extended stay.The location is fantastic: set in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas, and just a few minutes’ walk to a very very beautiful beach. Getting to other attractions around Da Nang was quick and convenient.This villa is the ideal choice for families or groups of friends. We were completely satisfied and will gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. We’re already looking forward to returning on our next trip!

Our time at this property was fantastic. Lisa and her team were great at communicating both prior to our stay and during our stay. Lisa and her team arranged transportation from the airport to the property. Subsequently, we used this transportation company/driver throughout our stay. The transportation/driver rates were cheap. Shortly after arriving at the property I notified Lisa's team that I was having trouble with the air conditioning in one of the property's rooms. Within 5 minutes someone arrived at the property to assist with the air conditioning. Turns out it was me that was the problem and not the air conditioning! The property is ideal for large families or groups and has many helpful amenities like full kitchen with all appropriate dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, etc. The pool, while small, was nice to have as it was refreshing and relaxing. The laundry room with washer and dryer was most helpful for us, as we were on a 10 day holiday and were able to clean our clothes about midway into the holiday.The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and well appointed with toiletries. The living room off the kitchen is ideal for hanging out with your family and friends.The property is situated in a lively neighborhood with restaurants, food stands, bars, spas, and clubs. The property is about a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach.I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Da Nang.

The Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Everything was so beautiful. Everything was perfect. All of the rooms were beautiful, also the bathrooms had everything we needed, including shower shoes. Lots of towels for everyone. There were 7 adults and enough room for everyone. Bob was our go to guy, and he was always available for whatever we needed. The neighborhood had everything we wanted and needed. Great communication with Lisa as well. Would definitely recommend and also come back.
