Such a cute, cozy apartment. Just enough for the 3 of us. We were 3 blocks from Time square. Subway and bus stops right around the corner...even Target was a minute down the street. Loved it! 5 stars to owners responding within minutes for any questions and making us feel so welcomed! Hoping this little place will be available for our next trip to NYC

Very spacious 3br apartment within walking distance to so much! Stayed here with friends for a few nights and couldn’t have asked for a better space. Hosts were very responsive and caring. 0 complaints whatsoever!

Excellent Location!

This is located in the perfect location for anyone looking to see Broadway Shows or explore Times Square. The apartment was exactly as described. As a bonus, it is located on the ground floor so no climbing up flights of stairs with your luggage!

Amazing Location & Very Responsive Host!

Cannot beat this location! The neighborhood is great and central to all theaters and right next to Restaurant Row! It was cozy and beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions or requests we had which made our stay very welcoming! Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for an “on the go” family vacation!

This property was the perfect spot for our very on the go family vacation. It provided a great home base as we toured the city and experienced the theatre scene. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us and was enough room for my 4 year old and whichever of is was staying with him, while the others went to the theatre, to play and have fun. Communication was great and the host worked hard to meet all of our needs, including an early check in time.Highly recommend and will return in the future!

Unbeatable location

Our family of four had a great stay at this apartment! The place was just as pictured, located on the first floor, and surprisingly quiet! With teens everyone appreciated having their own space, however cozy it was. The host met us promptly to check in. Location was truly unbeatable if you plan to see Broadway shows and spend time in Times Square. Lots of great local coffee shops and other restaurants to walk to nearby. Highly recommend!

Miss representation, spacious that’s a joke ! Hot water pipes running from floor to ceiling in every room , my kids burn their arm many times trying to get ready to shower in the little bathroom. Apartment is old ,and in bad shape , couldn’t even open dishwasher without busting my fingers on the cabinet. The towels that they gave us were not washed or clean same as blankets .There us not a washer and dryer , that’s why nothing smelled as clean .Was our worst stay im our life ! I requested a cancellation next and host didn’t give me a solution, so I had to stayed there. Horrible experience!

When we arrived heating was on and was about 26-28 degrees despite it being 16 degrees outside.Radiator pipes werent claddad so danger from burns.windows didnt lock so property wasn't secure. Areas of the prooerty were dirsty . Rust stains on a cracked cistern. Dirty window ledges.They tried to sort heating by putting an air conditioning unit back up but it was still too hot to sleep properly and pipes still dangerous as radiator temp coukdnt be adjysted. . Maintenance came and locked windows next day.Numerous fault.We thought we were going to have to move and i am trying to get 25% back with no no communication.Initial communication waz ok. Location good and beds comfortable.Dangerous for children with pioes.

I was in town for the UFC. I chose not to stay at the host hotel, but this was a location pretty close to the host hotel (hilton midtown) and the venue (MSG). It was a 20 min walk to the hotel, about 25 min walk to central park. Also about 20 min walk to MSG. 5 min walk to Times Square. Close to some coffee shops and a target for grocery runs. Really good location I felt like. I'm an athlete, very open to walking everywhere, so great location in my opinion. I'd suggest trying "The Grind" coffee shop for breakfast. Good food and service and the owner was very very nice. The only 2 things I noticed was the door knob was pretty loose, and there are what I think are exhaust pipes in the rooms from the radiator heating in the building. They are hot to the touch so if you aren't careful or have children like I did, watch out for those!Communication was perfect. Hosts were great, met me in person, and responded to any questions I had very quickly. It was a tight space, small in general. Not my definition of spacious, but I'm from Augusta, Ga not NYC. I'm sure its quite spacious for NYC life folksOverall I'd recommend, and I would stay again!

Great little apartment in an even better location

As 3 females staying in the city, we wanted somewhere in a safe location that was close to all of the major sites and this property was perfect for that. It's small and compact, but what can you expect from a 3 bedroom apartment in the centre of a major city. Check in and out was easy, communication was good. My only gripe was I was told there was no iron or hair dryer so brought my own, but it did have both so I wasted some luggage allowance. All in all, this property is good value for money, you can't expect the Ritz for the cost, but it had everything we needed and was comfortable which is why I'd give it a 10/10.

Renter beware

While the location of the property and communication with the manager were stellar, there were several mouse traps and a very large mouse (? small rat) roaming around the apartment. There were large gaps between the wall and outlets in the kitchen, the bathroom sink drained slowly and tub was dirty. The beds were practically on the floor and sofa mattress in the kitchen very thin. Unfortunately could not stay at the property and am disputing charges bereimbursed.

Very clean, host was very responsive and communicated well. Location was great, quick walk to Times Square. Rooms and bathroom are very small but I guess that’s to be expected in NYC? However overall, still a great option for the price and location.
