• Minimum age for the person booking the cabin is 25 years of age

• Maximum occupancy that our cabin sleeps is 8 people. We reserve the right to charge an additional $75 per unauthorized person and/or terminate your stay.

• Guests will be provided entry code keypad at check-in time.


Other Items
• No smoking, No pets, No parties - Guests will be charged $250 plus damages for violation

• Starter supplies will be provided, but guests will likely need to supplement during an extended stay.

• All trash needs to be placed in bear cages on the porch. There is wildlife in the area so doing so respects your safety and their natural instincts.

• There is one security camera on the front porch.
