The Space
Welcome to Tamarack Estate Lodge, a mountain retreat in Donnelly at Tamarack Resort. Three levels of gathering spaces, refined alpine finishes, and access to year-round outdoor adventures create a welcoming place to spend time together.

Mountain Setting & Ski Access
Enjoy the convenience of the lodge’s listed ski-in/ski-out access near the Buttercup lift and a groomed trail. Ski access depends on snow conditions and lift operations. In warmer months, use the lodge as a base for hiking, biking, golf, and lake outings, with activities arranged separately through the resort or local providers.

Main Living Area
Soaring ceilings frame a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, creating an inviting place to return after a day outside. Natural wood, granite finishes, and comfortable gathering spaces bring warmth to shared mornings and relaxed evenings.

Kitchen & Dining
The chef’s kitchen includes high-end appliances and a dishwasher, with an adjoining dining area for meals together. Prepare a relaxed breakfast before heading out, or make dinner at the lodge part of the occasion.

Lower-Level Lounge & Games
The lower level offers a lounge with radiant heated floors, a fireplace, and a wet bar. A game room and pool table create another place to gather, while the bonus room offers flexibility for quiet time between outings. No additional sleeping capacity is promised in the bonus room.

Restful Nights
After a day in the mountains, settle into the main lodge for a restful evening. Your reservation accommodates up to 11 registered guests.

Outdoor Living
Ease into your private hot tub after a day of mountain adventures, or enjoy the patio and mountain setting between outings. The property’s landscaping and outdoor seating offer a welcoming place to take in the fresh air.

Laundry & Everyday Comforts
A washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning are listed for the home. Smart home AV features and multiple gathering spaces add comfort to time indoors.

Parking
Guest parking is available in the driveway, currently described as accommodating up to six vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use.

Guest Access
Your reservation includes the main lodge, its hot tub, and designated outdoor spaces. The owner’s separate apartment is excluded unless previously confirmed as part of your reservation, and the garage is unavailable. The driveway accommodates up to six guest vehicles. Your entry code and arrival instructions will be shared through your reservation message thread. Luggage drop-off before check-in is not available.

Apartment & Garage Access
The separate apartment is reserved for owner use and is not included unless previously confirmed as part of your reservation. Apartment photos show an optional space the owner may occasionally make available to larger groups for an additional fee. Please inquire before booking; availability is not guaranteed. The garage is not available for guest use.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take great care to clean and prepare Tamarack Estate Lodge between reservations. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
This home does not accommodate pets. Thank you for keeping this in mind when planning your stay.

Guests
Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to 11 guests in total.

Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.

Heating and Cooling
Please make yourself comfortable by adjusting the thermostat during your stay. Our heating and cooling systems have preset operating limits to help protect the equipment and keep it running reliably.

Arrival Planning
Luggage drop-off before check-in is not available. Please plan to arrive at or after your scheduled check-in time.

Resort Activities
Ski access depends on snow conditions and lift operations. Resort activities and facilities may require separate reservations or fees and are subject to seasonal availability. Please confirm arrangements directly with the resort before your stay.
