Our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is designed for comfort and convenience, with plenty of space for everyone to relax.

Main Level:

-Master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.
-Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home.
-Cozy dining area leading to an all-season room perfect for morning coffee or evening chats.
-Washer and dryer for your convenience.

Upstairs:

-Two large bedrooms, each with a queen bed.
-One room also includes a futon for additional sleeping space.

Step outside to enjoy the large fenced backyard, perfect for outdoor gatherings.

Fire up the gas grill for a BBQ or unwind with a cup of coffee from the Keurig machine.

Whether you’re here for a game day, family trip, or just a weekend getaway, South Side Escape has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guests have access to the entire home except the garage and a couple closets are locked.

✔️ Dishes: Please load the dishwasher before check-out.
✔️ Trash & Recycling: Dispose of all trash in the outdoor trash bin before leaving.

🚗 Parking
✔️ You are welcome to park in the driveway and street parking in front of the house.

✔️ Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.
✔️ Late check-out must be pre-approved and may incur an additional fee.
