Overall this property was nice! Host was very quick responding. Neighborhood looks sketchy, but everyone was nice and friendly. Check in was difficult because we were not sure where to go to check in since they said they were under new management when we arrived to the condo. Overall we did like it! Place was clean. The only things were the pool was not working. But that was fine because we mainly did the beach. The elevators were supposedly not working but when we arrived they were working fine so lucky for us, because we are on the 15th floor. The view is absolutely amazing! I would stay here again!! Don’t pass this one up.

The stay was amazing! Waking up to that breathtaking view with the wind in your hair while drinking coffee and watching people surf was better than any picture or video could capture. Amazing beaches and food all around. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean and the gated community felt very safe with the 24 hour guard controlling the gate entry and exit making sure everyone there was supposed to be there. Thank you so much for providing the space.

Great location, stunning views!

The condo is well kept and had all of the basic necessities. Sandy Hills is right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and bars in Luquillo. The closest beach is very good for beginner surfing, and there's another calmer beach for swimming just a short walk past that.
