Aghios Emilianos Escape

The villa is perched atop a quiet hillside with amazing views overlooking the ocean. Two beaches are easily accessible by walking (or an easy drive) which we took full advantage of each day. The charming port town of Porto Cheli provides all daily comforts-delicious bakeries, fruit/vegetable market, groceries and lots of dining options. We did several island days to the neighboring Spetses and Hydra. It was perfect for our 7 person family vacation with guests ranging from 7 to 76 years old!

a relaxing family vacation

My husband and I were traveling with our three daughters along with my sister, brother-in-law, and their two daughters. We enjoyed the most gorgeous sunrises each morning over the pool and the sea. The teen girls walked to one of two beaches every day and then we all hung around the outdoor living room/pool area for the rest of the time. The house was convenient for us to take two day trips - one to Hydra and one to Spetses, and the nearby town of Porto Cheli is adorable. I would highly recommend this rental.

Paradise

Staying at this property proved an exceptionally rewarding experience. The villa sits on a gently slopping terrain with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding islands. The children were free to enjoy the large pool and other outdoor games in the expansive grounds of the villa, which are enclosed and safe. The property is a few minutes walk from the nicest beaches in the area, for swimming and snorkeling in crystal waters and other sea activities. The feature of this property that we enjoyed most was its the large stone pavilion, offering a brilliantly designed setting for outdoor living. The pavilion, facing the kidney-shaped pool and adjacent to other spa facilities, is fully equipped with all amenities for cooking, dining, relaxing and partying, including access to fast Wi-Fi, as everywhere in the property. It was the most favorite place for the whole family. The main house is beautifully designed and tastefully decorated with attention to detail but also practicality in mind. All bedrooms are large with quality beds and sea views. Use of marble in the bathrooms complements the elegance of the villa. We also made use of the completely separate large flat, an additional attractive feature of the villa for extra privacy and independence. The very friendly owner who lives nearby made us feel at home in the villa and offered valuable practical advice on restaurants, sports options and other amenities in the greater area which made our stay more fulfilling. Our boat trip to Spetses island was one of the highlights of our stay. Much fond memories from our stay at the villa, a place we will certainly return soon!

Amazing Villa and host

We had a really, really nice stay in this house where we spent 10 days. The house is big enough and well organized: full of light, good accommodations, very clean bathrooms. The location is perfect because no neighbor around, so very calm and peaceful. The outside area of the house is great: decent size of pool, very nice pool house surrounded with bougainvilleas and the sea view is spectacular: 180° sea view! There are 3 little coves, 5 minutes walking distance from the house so it’s super easy to go for a swim, through the countryside. Panos was a lovely host for us: always ready to help whenever we had a question, as he lives close by. We could see how much he cared for this house and for us to feel comfortable. Thank you so much to him!! Little plus : as we were not too keen to cook, thanks to Panos connexions, there were some very sweet people around who have been able to cook delicious dinners for us. The gardener was so sweet offering us fruits and being so kind We highly recommend this house !

Beautiful Location!

What a lovely location! We were unable to take full advantage of the outdoor space, where this home is really best outfitted, but enjoyed our time here. The owner's suggestion to visit Spetses was a highlight of our trip and the beaches closest to the house are truly special.

Un petit paradis

La villa est superbe, avec son espace extérieur très bien équipé et une grande et agréable piscine. La vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle ! L’endroit est calme, seules les cigales et le tintement des clichés des brebis viennent interrompre le silence ! Nous avons pu profiter des plages sublimes à proximité ! Panos, le propriétaire est adorable et a toujours été présent si nous avions des demandes ! Donc 15 jours de pure quiétude dans un petit paradis !

Very good house in a great location

We were recievd by Panos, the owner who made all possible to make our stay delightfull. The house has been recently remodeled and the pool and outside area are great. We enjoyed the close by beach , and the area is still very preserved.

Impressionnant

J'ai séjourné au Spa avec quelques amis. Au départ nous voulions un endroit juste pour une escale dans notre voyage en Grèce mais nous avons eu la chance d'être là pendant la basse saison et nous avons fini par rester une semaine entière puisque à partir de là nous pouvions visiter beaucoup d’endroits dans la journée et avoir une maison confortable ou être basés. La maison est vraiment unique : elle est conçue en tous points pour être une maison de vacances, tout est pris en charge et facile à utiliser. L'arrangement de vie extérieur est si grand et avec tant de facilités que nous avions l'impression d'avoir loué deux maisons.

Περάσαμε αξέχαστες στιγμές στη βίλα, με την καταπληκτική θέα και όλα τα τόσα πολλά που προσφέρει! Μας άρεσαν πολύ τα ευρύχωρα δωμάτια με το μινιμαλιστικό ντεκόρ, στα οποία η πολυτέλεια γινόταν εμφανής με ξεχωριστές πινελιές. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος της πισίνας και του πέτρινου καθιστικού (το ‘Pavilion’) ήταν μόνος του μια ζωγραφιά θυμίζοντας ένα περιβάλλον εξωτικού νησιού. Η άνεση συναγωνιζόταν την πρακτικότητα. Με όλες τις ανέσεις που αυτό προσφέρει, περάσαμε τον περισσότερο χρόνο μας στο ‘Pavilion’, τόσο την ημέρα όσο και μέχρι αργά το βράδυ. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολ΄υ εξυπηρετικός. Μας βοήθησε πολύ δίνοντάς μας τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες για τις όμορφες παραλίες κοντά στη βίλα και στην ευρήτερη περιοχή, όπως για τα αξιοθέατα στο Πόρτο Χέλι, Κοιλάδα και Ερμιόνη, τα γραφικά ψαροχώρια της περιοχής. Τα επισκευθήκαμε όλα καθώς και τα κοντινά μοναδικά νησιά Σπέτσες και Ύδρα. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα και θα επανέλθουμε!

Holiday in Heaven

We had a dream holiday in this villa overlooking a post-card worthy scenery in an unrivalled location, enhanced by modern comforts cleverly blended with a classical layout. The villa is beautiful, spacious, and luxurious. The attention to detail and discerning minimalist decor is pervasive throughout. We were really surprised to find an idyllic setting that far surpassed the pictures posted online. It is simply the epitome of luxury at every corner. We enjoyed very much the amazing swimming pool complex where our two boys spent most of their time. The expansive terrace and the large stone cabana next to the pool are practically a second home, with built-in sofas and a large marble dinning table, along with a large built in kitchen. The views from there, as from throughout the entire house, are breathtaking stretching across the infinite pool to the pristine sea and the islands. The villa was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, including quality appliances and furnishings, all of which were in excellent condition. The owner was cordial and informative from the first time we established contact and made us feel at home in arriving at the property. He was very responsive, extremely personable, and knowledgeable on all things related to the area. It was a perfect vacation and we cannot wait to return!

The large fully-equipped stone Pavilion is the place to be for cooking, dining, parting and relaxation. The Pavilion and the adjacent facilities are practically the living quarters during the summer.
