A 28 day minimum stay is required by Monroe County…sales tax is waived for rentals 6 months or more. 2-bedroom mobile home, on a dead end street, with a fenced yard and parking for 2 cars and a large Tiki hut on the 45’ canal frontage. A great location for kayaking and watching the manatees.
Key Largo Village has a lovely beach and boat ramp for residents.
Inside, you will find a recently remodeled kitchen, with a dishwasher. There 2 bedrooms, one a queen bed and the other with a trundle/twin bed. Also 1 full bathroom with a bathtub and a 1/2 bath.
A washer and dryer are located in the full bath.
Located on a canal off Tarpon Basin on the gulf side of the Keys at MM101.
Close to shopping, restaurants and John Pennekamp State Park.
