This 30 sqm high-rise Octopus Suite is steps from 4 high-speed elevators, offering modern comfort and unique style. Enter through a smart lock (passcode, fingerprint, or smart card) into a cozy living area with a leather recliner sofa like in the movies, TV, and shelves adorned with curated antiques and artifacts.
The bedroom features warm lighting, books, and a large window with stunning city views. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, utensils, wine glasses, and snacks. Essentials like cleaning supplies, insect spray, and air freshener are provided.
The dressing area offers masks, and the bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with 4 towels (hand, face, body, head), toiletries including non-fragrant soap, olive oil face soap, shampoo, conditioner, and herbal bar soap. Enjoy a relaxing rain shower with a glass partition and water heater.

Here’s a brief guide to the neighborhood amenities for you to decide why I went for investing life savings in it :
Start with the swimming pool and gym, located just behind the guard room at the entrance. Use your keycard to access these on the 8th floor, free of charge.
Next, head to Habito Mall, easily recognized by the Boots pharmacy, Starbucks, and Amazon Coffee. Inside, you’ll find a food court offering over 10 varieties of mostly Thai dishes, along with ice cream, Thai desserts, and fresh juice stalls. The 7-11 is open 24/7, and Berlin Doner serves until 2 AM.
The mall’s second and third floors have specialty restaurants, clinics, massage shops, and more—worth exploring.
Outside Habito, there are food trucks, plus Japanese, Italian, and Isan Lao Thai restaurants. Walk toward the rowhouses and turn right to find the Isan Lao Thai spot behind the Italian restaurant. You’ll also discover a hidden beer garden, play shops, and a massage shop.
The nearby dental hospital offers six floors of premium dental care, operating during the day. Just past it, you’ll see Bangkok Prep International School, with further residential areas and gardens ideal for walking or jogging.

over 3 floors some serving authentic Thai delicacies and desserts.. Starbucks, Amazon Cafe , Big Version 7-11 open 24x365, Boots Pharmacy, Dental Hospital of 6 floors, International Schools, Jogging Tracks, Organic gardens, Poultry, Fishing ponds, Farming, Activities, Games, Free ride Golf carts in and out of the community. Movmi App based tuk tuks for 5km radius hikes. Profession Maintainance 24Hx365, Qualified Technicians, Certified Security Personnel, Hundreds of CCTV all over the premises. 5-6 Elevators in each building .
