Cabin 2! An authentic log cabin a little over 400 square feet, perfect get away for couples. This cabin is 1 of 9 original log cabins built on Lake Lucerne over 100 years ago. Cabin 2 brings the outside in with scenic views from every angle. Soak in the corner tub and look out over the small tranquil lake or cozy up next to the wood burning stove and enjoy the surrounding lush vegetation and peaceful sounds of nature. Outdoors you'll find a sprawling deck with multiple seating areas an outdoor couch great for day naps and a gas grill. Perfect spot to enjoy the rushing waters or stargaze! The outdoor living space is perfect forboutdoor meals or just to enjoy coffee or cocoa or one of our hot teas. Under the deck there are two swinging chairs close enough to hear the rushing water of the lake (after rains) or hear the fountain. In late fall and winter there is a clear view of Lake Lucerne. There is a dock right by a little N/W of cabin 2 that our guests can access its on our side of the lake. It's a great spot for coffee or to paint, fish or take in the night sky. There is no swimming in the lake as it is treated and fishing is catch and release.
The cabin has a fully functional kitchen, with gas range, fridge, dishes and stainless steel cookware ,Mr.Coffee maker, pour over, tea kettle. A newly remodled rustic-glam bathroom with walk-in shower. The cabin has heat/AC.
There is a cast iron wood burning stove. We provide a small bundle of clean oak wood & kinlin. As we do not allow fire starter logs or liter fluid.
The surrounding area offers beautiful lakes, rivers, waterfalls, and hiking trails. Downtown Eureka Springs is located 3 miles away, offers great restaurants, coffee shops, art, and eclectic shops. Eureka Springs is a tourist town and it cherishes its visitors. They have many, many events all year round there is always so much to do. After Christmas it is more quiet but still so lovely. Check out their events online. We are about an hour/20 from Branson ( sight & sound) and 50 mins from Fayetteville.
Around Christmas the town is all lit up and beautiful. All seasons are fun and great!

We had a great time. We love the area. We’ve stayed here before and it’s so beautiful the mornings are peaceful and just far away from town but just close enough. This cabin was so cute and I couldn’t get over how beautiful it was on the inside.

Beautiful location and the cabin is amazing. My wife and I celebrated our 36th anniversary here and couldn't have loved it more. If your planning a vacation to Eureka Springs or Buffalo River this cabin is by far the best choice! The views from the cabin of Lake Lucerne are great!

Todd and Randa are exceptional hosts! They go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay. The cabin is so clean & cozy and in a great location surrounded by nature. We love to frequent Eureka Springs and this will definitely be our go to place for all future visits!

Really special cabin!

Perfect Cozy Retreat

We LOVED this little cabin! So cozy and lots of thoughtful little extra touches. Secluded away from town so it's quiet and relaxing, surrounded by nature, but easy to get to places if you want to. Would love to come back!

Better than advertized

Such a gorgeous little cabin. We loved our stay, the description is accurate, it was cozy and had all the amenities you could hope for. It also had a loft that wasn't pictured that was perfect for reading a book or taking a day nap or just hanging out. They aren't lying about 3 miles from Eureka Springs either, it was so easy to get in and out, and yet we were separated from all the business. If you want a romantic getaway, I cannot recommend this place highly enough

AMAZING!!

I can’t even express in words how amazing Todd & Randa were as host! They were quick and willing to offer any suggestions as to where to eat or what to do. The cabin was adorable! And so clean. We enjoyed our time we spent there for our 30 year anniversary. I’m trying to talk my daughter into staying there on her upcoming honeymoon! And I’m very picky regarding accommodations. I would definitely stay here angain!

Lovely Relaxing Clean Cabin

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and absolutely pleasant. Everything we needed was provided, ran uptown to the grocery store and we were all set! The special touches decorating are great. Its located close to town and local attractions. Our first time to the Arkansas area was enjoyable. We preferred to use Lake Lucerne Rd coming and going to town. While sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the mornings we heard turkeys, chickens and donkeys, that beats town noise, traffic and sirens any day, so serine!! The wilderness views from every window was just what we wanted.

We recently stayed at this cabin for our anniversary weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in, it felt so welcoming and peaceful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we could possibly need, whether it was for comfort, entertainment, or even just an extra blanket. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home, and we couldn’t be more thankful.The location was ideal, close enough to town for easy access to shops and restaurants yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet, relaxing escape we were looking for. We loved it!

We were a little worried to begin with because of the lack of reviews for this particular listing on VRBO, but after contacting the host they explained that the listing is not new, but they had previously been using a different listing agent/app and so the cabin has only recently been added to VRBO. When we got to the cabin, the truth of her words became very evident as we browsed through the guestbook that was on the desk and all the wonderful messages that were left by other guests!Everything about the cabin was perfect and communication by the hosts was great. I really have no complaints whatsoever. My wife and I enjoyed our weekend get away and are definitely going to save the info on this cabin so that we can return sometime in the future!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We enjoy being so close to town and the sweet little town of Eureka Springs while also feeling secluded in the woods. Its right near Lake Lucerne so it offers all the beautifulsoynds of nature. It's very scenic and a lovely area to walk, bike or hike. The neighboring cabins are close by so your not isolated but they also are far enough apart that you have privacy. We enjoy listening to the rushing water from the little lake and sitting by the water with a coffee on the dock. We love all the deer and folage the different seasons have to offer. Each season is so lovely in it's own way. Our favorite thing is to sit out in the mornings and watch as the sun rises and nature wakes up.

The fact that our cabin is one of the 9 original log cabin builds from over 100 years ago on Lake Lucerne makes it very special. Lake Lucerne has alot of history. The cabins have been amended and brought up to speed with our modern times while still capturing the little house in the prairie vibe of a sweeter time. Definitely more connected with nature. Cabin does offer heat and air, gas stove, wifi,tv, DVD player.
There is panoramic views all around the cabin. It's half on a hill " little mountain" so it offers a very nestled feeling. Another lovely aspect is we aim to have low vocs and a clean environment inside the space. The crank windows are lovely to let in the fresh ozark mountain air and the cast iron fireplace is so cozy and sets the tone for a relaxing time. We have lots of outdoor areas to hang from the rocking chairs on the upper deck and the winging chairs under the deck. You can also hang on the dock by the lake.
( the lake is treated and maintained so no swimming).
