The property is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy Paradise. Nestled in a peaceful setting, this adorable condo is the perfect retreat for your getaway. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Park at your front door on the ground level, grill from your back door. Screened lanai. Steps away from the pool and a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the sunsets on the private dock. Heated pool. Fabulous location. A block North of the Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa and area grocery, shopping and fine dining. You'll be the first renter. New furniture. $50 application fee and must be approved by the HOA.
