The accommodation is very well located; everything is within walking distance. Beach, restaurants, car rental, supermarket, local market, etc...

You enter directly into the house’s garage.

On the ground floor, there is the laundry area with a washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a bathroom right next to it.

On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a bathroom right next to it, equipped with a bathtub.

There is air conditioning in each bedroom. However, there is none in the living room—only a standing fan.

At the dining table, you sit on a bench, not on chairs.

There is a balcony overlooking the garden, equipped with 4 sun loungers.

The jacuzzi jets are not working, but you can still use it as a bathtub.

Here is what is included with the accommodation:
Toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, instant coffee, sugar, salt, olive oil, and sunflower oil.

You have access to the entire property as well as the surrounding garden, and you will be the only ones staying in the house.

We had an amazing time in Huahine! Before arriving the host was helpful, and made sure a crib was set up for our baby. She also dropped off beach towels when we saw there weren't any. The location is truly incredible--walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and market. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening.However, the photos make the property seem bigger and more modern than it is. The first floor is mostly a cement garage that had not been tidied. There was also a large bedroom and shower downstairs. Upstairs there is a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room. We did not use the tub/shower upstairs as there was an issue with it. The house was sparsely furnished and had not been cleaned throughly. There were a few dead bugs, lots of spiderwebs, and stains throughout. There are multiple other houses on the street, which is different than what the photo looks like. Overall the house was conveniently located, spacious, and did the job. However, some small touch ups, a deep clean, and a few necessities (beach towels, paper towels, etc) would have made the experience better.

Great place to stay for easy access to town and the beach by foot. A public acess trail runs from the end of the street, straiught to the beach (IE.; 100M access).AC in both bedrooms, and a ceiling fan in the living room. An upright portable fan is also upstairs to use when in the kitchen/dining area as needed.Some windows and the sliding doors do NOT have screens at this time, which limited "opening up the house" during the evenings to cool things down a bit outside of the two bedrooms (they have AC).This home appears to be going thru some ongoing upgrades, and has the potential to be a tremendous property if and when they roof top area is completed for gathering/ reading/viewing/sunning, completion of the screening in of the windows, etc... The balcony was great for morning coffee, the grounds around the house were green and lovely, bringing in plenty of birds to watch and feed bread crumbs to.Ample parking for our rental car, with gated access that at the moment in manually operated, but appears to be getting wired for future remote automation? Neighborhood was very friendly, and safe. Easy walk with our luggage from the ferry dock on the main road system, and an even easier walk back into town taking the "beach access path" and turning left until you quickly reach the Yacht Club Bar/Resturant (and the edge of "Main Street" after a short stroll.Well equipped kitchen.All the appliances worked well (but you must plan time for hang dry washed clothes).
