Nice property, very quiet

We enjoyed our stay, it was my adult son and myself. Plenty of room and a very quiet neighborhood. The owner was very accommodating and answered any questions immediately…. Will stay there again

We had to clean up before using bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen faucet was broken. Faulty wiring in the main bedroom. TV in main bedroom was not working properly. One of the bedrooms had dirty sheets. The dryer and washer had to be cleaned before use. But the beds were comfortable, the place had great potential.

I don't think al your complains are true. It was nice and clean and noting was broken. Remember you did not pay for five star hotel service.

Decent Place, Left some to be desired

When we arrived, we noticed that the place needed cleaning. There was trash still in the trash can drinks in the fridge, the table was sticky, and the bathrooms were not clean (hair in tub, things in sink).It just looked like the place hadnt been cleaned aince the last person that stayed there. The property itself was nice, but it could have been better maintained.

Lack of towels

There were no hand towels and only three towels for the hall bath. Door was also hard to lock but finally got it to latch.

There was total 6 bath towels and 4 hand towels in that house. After you left, I found 4 bath towel un-used. You could have use bath towels as needed. I am not sure if you have looks all closeted for it.

Nice house with lots of potential, but still needs work.

This house is in a great location and has lots of potential. I think the host is new to hosting as there were several things that needed improvement. The beds had bare mattresses, no fitted sheets or bed pads on them. Also, there was only one bath towel for 4 people. In the listing it stated there was a double sleeper sofa, but there were none in the house. The front door was very hard to unlock/relock. It took us over 30 minutes to get in on Saturday evening. There is lots of potential, but still needs work.

Dear Dorothy, thank you for your review. As I mentioned you on your welcome message that you are the first guest for this place and there could be some un-intentional mistake may occur. However, I give you fitted sheets & bath towel as soon as you texted me on that day. I had few more guest after you left but they never had any issue with front door locking systems. Thanks again for choosing my place.
