Welcome to this exciting and beautiful townhouse, which included many updates in 2025, nestled in the vibrant heart of Beach Haven on Long Beach Island! This FAMILY & DOG FRIENDLY reverse living townhouse features many amenities, not to mention being within a short walk to Beach Haven’s lively attractions such as Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf and Bay Village, many fantastic dining options, and the breathtaking beach, making it an ideal retreat for your next getaway.
When entering the first level of this property you will find your own private garage perfect to keep your beach or fishing gear along with a private fully fenced in backyard complete with an outdoor shower, a Weber BBQ (2025 Model), a picnic table, and four Adirondack chairs.
On the second level, you'll find a serene master bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a brand new 43-inch LG TV, and ample closet space. Just down the hall, the second bedroom serves as a whimsical retreat, equipped with two new sets of bunk beds (1 Twin over Twin and the other Twin over Full), another ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a TV, a spacious walk-in closet and black out shade for the window. For added convenience, a laundry room is located off the hallway between the two bedrooms, making it easy to keep everything fresh and tidy.
Ascend to the third level, where a fantastic walk-out balcony awaits, along with a well-equipped fully updated kitchen that comes with brand-new stainless-steel appliances ready for culinary adventures. Just off the kitchen you will find the dining area complete with a table that comfortably seats eight when expanded, and a convenient half bath for your ease. Next to the dining area, the living room is furnished with a brand new couch that includes a pull-out mattress, a new recliner with built in charging ports, and two additional sitting chairs, all centered around a new 65-inch LG TV.
We’ve got your little ones covered too! Our townhouse is equipped with a pack n play, highchair, booster seat, bath seats, games, children's bikes, sound machine, boogie boards, and beach toys, making it a breeze to travel light and focus on fun. We also provide 4 beach badges, adult bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a handy beach cart for an easy walk onto the sand right up the street.
Dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis, so your whole family, including your furry friend, can join in on the fun! Don’t miss out on this incredible location, park in your own designated onsite spot in the parking lot which only has 4 townhouses or take advantage of the ample off-street parking for a hassle-free beach vacation without ever having to move your car.

Please empty out your belongings from the refrigerators/ kitchen cabinets . All kitchen supplies such as plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots, pans etc should be clean and put back in the cabinets.
Please sweep excessive sand out of the garage. Rinse off any excess sand from the beach equipment with one of the outdoor hoses. (IE Chairs, Wagon, Toys, Etc)
Please ensure all pillows and blankets upon arrival are placed back on the beds. Put beach badges and keys back on kitchen counter in designated spot. Please leave "Broom Clean".

I have had the pleasure of renting this townhouse for many years with my family where we made countless memories while on vacation in LBI starting from when my children were infants. When the prior owners decided to sell, I saw this wonderful opportunity to have my own shore house especially in LBI where I personally have also been coming since I was very young. This townhouse means a lot to my family and I due to the sentimental value of all the memories we have made in the past along with the anticipated future memories we also plan on making. I am not a realtor, investor, or property manager but simply someone who rents out my shore house when I am not there so other families can also make their own lasting memories here.

This townhouse is located in the vibrant, exciting and family friendly Beach Haven section of Long Beach Island. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, the bay, fantastic restaurants, Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf Waterpark, Surf Light Theatre, Bay Village, parks, a grocery store, ice cream shops, fishing spots and many other popular places that are just too many to list. With so many popular spots so close to the townhouse this allows me the option to just park my car and enjoy the area without ever having to drive anywhere if I don't want to.

This complex is made up of ONLY four townhouses which adds to its charm and exclusivity not to mention being in the heart of Beach Haven. Many of the other townhouse complex's being built currently or were built prior in the area are big and do not give you the privacy that you will receive at this location. In addition you will find a private backyard only accessible through your own private garage which also leads directly up to the second floor. In addition, on the third floor there is a private balcony for you to enjoy.
