Perfect!

This was a perfect place to stay! SO CLEAN! The screened in porch is wonderful. So nice that it was so close to the pool- so relaxing and quiet. The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive!

Wonderful place

Great condo. Pool was a great plus especially with it being right out the door. Loved the screened in back porch. Was nice at night. Complex was quite also.

Family Getaway

The condo was perfect for myself and my 2 daughters and a couple of their children. The pool is literally right outside our door and the kids loved that! The kitchen was fully stocked, and we cooked all the meals there which was actually fun as everyone pitched in. We loved the screened in porch and enjoyed our mornings and evenings out there drinking coffee and watching the lake activity. Perfect view of the lake! We were surprised that we could only have 2 cars on the property as we all came from different locations and drove our vehicles to meet at the property. We did contact the host and he was very quick to reply but there was really no solution to the parking issue as that is property policy. Security is strict and gives you 15 minutes warning with a huge sticker on your driver window (that is very hard to remove) or the car will be towed! We did have to park one of the cars up the road about 3-4 miles away at a convenience store as security is very strict about only 2 vehicles per unit - even though it was 3 bedrooms. We arrived about 3:20 (CHECKIN AT 4) and the housecleaner was still working and locked the door so that we could not unload our stuff. She finished about 4:30 and let us know that we would have to fold all the towels in the dryer and unload the dishwasher - not a big deal, but the kids were anxious to get in and we were delayed by 30 minutes. But everything was clean! Overall a great weekend getaway!

Family Vacation

My family and I have been coming to the lake for many years. This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this condo and it is by far our favorite.

Perfect condo

This was our 2nd time renting this condo. We love everything about it. You are right next to the pool, the condo is stocked with everything you need and is immaculately clean. The owner is very responsive and kind. Definitely will stay here again!

LOVED IT!!!

Loved everything about this condo! Owner communication was excellent, very clean, close to restaurants, shops. Loved that the pool was right outside the door. Neighbors were very quiet, pool wasn’t crowded at all, sometimes we were the only ones in it. Will definitely be back!

Fun in the Sun

Bring your swimsuit. 1207 is right outside the door to the beautiful pool. Just what we were hoping for. Beach towels were provided. Bring your sunscreen. You’re going to love it.

Short Getaway

Second stay within 6 mos. It is nicely located next to the pool with an excellent view of the Lake from both the living room and Master bedroom. Love this place.

Great place

Property was very nice. Clean. We’ll stocked. Description met expectations, instructions were very clear. The view was wonderful. Pool is right outside the door and is well maintained. Our only wish was that the roof wasn’t being replaced during our stay. A little disruptive but overall well managed. I know…maintenance has to happen. I would recommend this unit!

Excellent stay

Myself and my family loved that this condo is very recently updated and so, so clean! It was clearly marked and the directions for check-in and check-out were spot on. We loved being mere steps from the pool and particularly loved our view. We were happy to be some distance above the water as it allowed us to be away from the noise. I will be coming back here.
