The Space:
This beautifully updated home is the perfect retreat for families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, a kids' room with 6 beds (2 double beds each with twin trundles and a twin bed with a twin trundle), both on the second floor. A guest room with a queen bed, located on the main floor and a suite featuring a king bed with an en suite half bath on the lower level. The bathrooms are thoughtfully designed, with a full bath upstairs offering a shower/tub combination, a main floor bathroom featuring a large stand-up shower, and a convenient half bath in the lower level suite. There's also a brand-new outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The downstairs entertainment area features a bar, couch, and additional Smart TV. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
