Furthermore, the building provides complimentary heated and secure underground parking for each unit, featuring a 7.3-foot garage clearance.

The condo is located in Spring Creek, near Cornerstone Theatre and close drive of Mount Norquay, Sunshine Village, and Lake Louise. You'll find a handful of grocery stores, spas, restaurants and cafes in Canmore.

The newly opened Alder Grocery + Cafe and Bridgette Bar are located within Spring Creek. Additionally, you'll find a spa, wine store, and an outdoor creekside restaurant patio at the nearby Malcolm Hotel, all within a block's reach. - The fire pit is shared within the building and must be reserved in advance.
- The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 7’3”.
- Upon request, we are happy to provide access to a storage area for bikes, ski equipment, and other gear during your stay. ** Please note that all items stored are done so at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the storage area or locker room. By choosing to use the storage space, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your items.
Welcome to your Airbnb home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. We strive to keep our unit in good working order for the positive experience of all guests. Our policy is to resolve or provide a remedy to any reservation-altering issues inside the unit within 24 hours. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution. To prevent abuse, our policy is to not adjust the original price of the reservation but to provide a remedy for any issue within 24 hours.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 7 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
