Spacious 3 bedroom with great appliances & comfy temp controls. Location is perfect - walkable to several options for food, drinks, and even the local ski/board shop.

The location of this property was excellent for the following reasons:-beautiful river walkway right beside the building-walkable distance to bakeries, restaurants and micro-breweries-gorgeous mountain views from each room in the suite.Kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare meals (a blender would be a nice addition to the kitchen)An additional parking stall would be convenient when visitors have more than one vehicle. However, there was lots of free parking across from the building.We woukd definitely stay here again!!Many thanks to Tina & Steve for sharing their lovely home.

Great stay!

We had a great time in Golden, the property is very nice and well appointed. The location is perfect for a stroll along the river or for shopping and dining. So nice to be able to park the car and get around on foot. We will definitely stay again!

Very well situated unit, within walking distance to many amenities in beautiful Golden. The unit is spacious. Entry to the building is somewhat inconvenient with an intercom system. Overall a good stay.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the property was clean and comfortable with beautiful mountain and river views. One suggestion for improvement is the check-in communication. It would be much more helpful if the check-in instructions were sent at least a day before arrival rather than on the day of check-in. Receiving the information earlier would make planning and arrival much less stressful. Thank you for hosting us!

Only 2 of us stayed here, the spare bed rooms were handy to open our cases on. I do love it when w/mc tables are supplied, thanks. The main bed was very comfy, and the other beds looked of the same quality. I would stay here again as it is so much better quality than a hotel. The only downside was the communal entry code was on my phone that I left in the room on charge. And we went out for a walk and did not know how to get it, but another family in the same stairwell walked by and opened it up.Great clean quality place, we were relaxed there. Thanks

In this area, this condo unit is outstanding! It’s modern, clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need, including coffee, oil, salt and pepper. It also seemed to have the best physical location and views, being a corner unit on the fourth floor overlooking the mountains and the river. It’s also within walking distance to downtown shops and dining. And major kudos to our hosts as they were very friendly, helpful and responsive. 5 stars overall !!
