House Rules:
🞛 No pets allowed. 🞛 No smoking inside the apartment. 🞛 No possession or consumption of alcohol inside the apartment 🞛 No parties or unauthorized events 🞛 No unauthorized guests (visitors are allowed as long as they leave by 10 PM, after that they will be counted as extra guests, in which case extra guest fees will be applicable) 🞛 No activities that are considered illegal under the laws of Bangladesh.
Guest Requirements:
🞛 All guests must provide valid government-issued photo IDs. 🞛 Foreign nationals must submit copies of their valid Bangladeshi visas. 🞛 All guests are required to fill out the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) tenant information form prior to check-in.
Strictly Prohibited:
🞛 Use or possession of drugs/narcotics 🞛 Any form of violence or aggressive behavior 🞛 Carrying or storing weapons 🞛 Damaging the property or tampering with fixtures/furnishings 🞛 Children must be supervised at all times to prevent accidental damage. 🞛 Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal or suspicious activities. If any such behavior is detected, we will immediately report it to the authorities and take appropriate legal action.
Summary of Fines & Penalties:
❖ Smoking - $50 per incident ❖ Extra/unapproved guests - $50 per person per day ❖ Pets - $50 per day ❖ Unauthorized parties/events - $50 per day ❖ Failure to submit ID or documentation of all guests within 14 days of check-out - $50 ❖ Property damage - Actual cost of repair or replacement
