This is our 2nd time staying here. Pleased to say we’ll be back again! Love the layout of the home, the hot tub, garage, plus all the basic home necessities provided. Joey made the entire process a breeze!

What a great home away from home! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway, and the property itself was absolutely beautiful.The location was perfect for exploring everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer, with easy access to Bentonville, incredible mountain biking trails, hiking, and plenty of other outdoor adventures.Whether you’re looking to get out and explore or just spend the day relaxing by the pool and soaking in the hot tub, this place offers the best of both worlds.We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful area!

Loved the space and privacy. Hot tub was also a great addition. Has a large garage, which was great for loading and unloading in the winter.

Short get away for spring break for our family. This was one of the easiest check in process ive ever had. Our family enjoyed the cleanliness, updated and sleek property. We loved the outdoor space and wven used the fire pit to start a nice fire. Far enough out to have privacy but not far from Rogers and other destinations. The hot tub and indoor jetted tub were a hit with the kids. Highly recommended. Thanks for the hospitality.

Family Fun

The house was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool while grilling out. The kitchen was well used to prepare sides and snacks for the little one.The host made it easy to check in and get settled. The pool and hot tub were maintained without any distractions to our fun.Thanks for the memories!!

Joey was very accommodating and communicated very well. The house was clean and all appliances were working and clean as well. We enjoyed the nice, hot, spacious hot tub on the back patio. We were able to watch football games on the TV and enjoy great meals and playing cards. This is a close location to Eureka springs where you can take a day trip and enjoy the site seeing of Victorian buildings full of shopping and great food. I would highly recommend this location to stay - definitely well worth the money!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was secluded but not too far to Beaver Dam and Eureka Springs. We were very comfortable! Unfortunately did not get to use the pool but we appreciated that it was gated off for our 3 year old. The hot tub was great! They had all the kitchen essentials we needed to make dinner/breakfast/coffee. Washer/dryer was a great plus! Honestly, we were sad to leave! Joey also answered several questions we had leading up to our stay. Beautiful house!

We had a GREAT stay! We were looking for a home with privacy yet relatively quick access to Eureka Springs, Beaver Lake, and the Rogers/Bentonville area. It was exactly what we were looking for! The property and home were very well maintained, clean, comfortable, spacious, and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling out. The hot tub was amazing and the outdoor TV was a lovely perk! We stayed in late October so we didn't get to use the pool. Communication with Joey was easy and provided everything needed. I highly receommend Joey and this amazing property!

Spent a week riding the Ozarks and this property was located close to Beaver Lake, about 20 miles from Eureka Springs. Got in a lot of miles on great roads. The property was well maintained and very clean. As it was October we didn't try the pool or hot tub. Access was limited to garage but not an inconvenience since we were parking out bikes in the garage anyway. Overall a very pleasant stay and the owner was very accomodating and promptly responded to any messages sent. Would definately book this property again for another stay.

We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the host was super communicative and quick to respond whenever we had a question. The pool was definitely a highlight, our kids absolutely loved it, and the hot tub was great and really well maintained. The house had a cool vibe and pretty much had everything we needed. We loved having the grill, washer and dryer, dishwasher and especially being able to park in the garage. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living room was a great place to hang out and relax after a long day. It was just a really comfortable, family friendly place to stay and made for a great home base for our trip. The kids were already asking if we could come back before we even left, which probably says it best. We’d be happy to stay here again.

This home was absolutely prefect for our Annual Friends Trip to Beaver Lake. Spacious, quiet, large driveway for boat parking , close to a boat ramp and very convenient location over all . The house was so comfy, a great kitchen and the pool and hot tub were a great addition for our stay. Check in and out were great .We can’t wait to come back and stay here for next years trip!!! Thanks so much!!

We had a wonderful week stay here. House was described just as listed. Very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was great and we were close to beaver lake which is where we spent several days! Host was quick to respond, we would definitely stay here again if in the area!!

The family had a wonderful time. The home was cozy and perfect for a family get away. We spent time in both Bentonville and Eureka Springs. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and great for family time. We will definitely return to explore more of the area and enjoy this beautiful and quiet home in the future.
