Relax and enjoy this stylish and beautifully renovated Patio Home in the heart of the PGA National. Extend your living space into two outdoor areas - A large outdoor patio with dining and a screened in lanai with a fountain view. The unit comes with a 1-car garage as well as driveway parking for 1 car.

The Space
Enjoy the open plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, all with modern furnishings and decor.

The unit benefits from a split floor plan. The upstairs primary suite is separated from the main living area and second bedroom/office. The primary ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower, double vanity, and conveniently located washer & dryer. A spacious walk-in closet is large enough for any stay, long or short.


The downstairs second bedroom is currently offered as an office with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa.

Guests have access to the entire property, outdoor patios, and 1 car garage.

Additional Details to Note

*Golf Privileges: This villa does not include golf privileges at PGA National. However, day passes may be available through ResortPass for the PGA National Resort & Spa, subject to availability and daily rates set by the resort.

*Taxes: A 12.5% tax (tourist development tax + Florida sales tax) applies to all stays shorter than six months and one day, in accordance with state and local regulations.

*Parking, Vehicle, and Speed Restrictions:
Commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, motor homes, boats, motorcycles, house trailers, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are not permitted to be parked anywhere on the premises.

The Patio Home community has a strict 15 mph speed limit. All guests must comply with this speed limit restriction.

Our Mission: "To provide an exquisite experience for the discerning traveler".

Thank you for checking out our listing! This is one of 5 fully furnished short and long-term rental properties that we own & personally manage here in PBG.


Each unit has its unique style while being renovated with consistent high quality, attention to detail, and luxury in mind.

We love all that this location has to offer. So many golf courses (public and private); beautiful walks along our stunning beaches; tennis & pickleball; exquisite restaurants (the photo was taken at one of our favorites on the Intracoastal Waterway!); shopping galore; so many activities for families, etc.,etc..

We have had the pleasure of hosting wonderful guests from near and far. Our vacationers have travelled from as far away as Sydney, Australia and London, England! Some came for baseball training and some to visit family. We welcome so many of our guests who love to escape colder climates for Florida's beautiful winter warmth and sunshine. And then, our local guests have found our properties to be the perfect refuge when displaced by their own home building, renovation, or relocation plans.

The luxurious Gardens Mall, featuring over 100 fine specialty shops, anchored by Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's, Macy's and Sears, is conveniently located on PGA Blvd, approximately 5 miles from the unit. And for the power shopper, the Palm Beach Gardens Outlets are just a short drive south on I95.
