Spacious 850 sq ft furnished townhome in Sharonville, built for families, couples and long-term guests who want a real home rather than a hotel room.

Layout and beds: open-concept living and dining area, a king bedroom, and a second bedroom with two full beds. Sleeps up to 6. One full bathroom with a tub and shower combo, fresh towels and toiletries.

Kitchen: fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, and everything needed to cook real meals.

Comfort: wood-burning fireplace, fast WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning and heat, washer and dryer access, and free on-site parking.

Outdoors and community: shared backyard with a barbecue grill, outdoor dining area and fire pit, plus access to a pool and gym. On-site receptionist 24/7 and on-site maintenance seven days a week.

This place was perfect for my son who was transitioning back to Ohio.This place is performing a total renovation. The 20 or so buildings are being painted and the rooms are being totally upgraded. We did not get disrupted by them working and over time the place has become more and more beautiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful with any matters. The host Josh is a total gentleman and professional. His staff that we met was wonderful and couldnt do enough for the guests. We were there a month and stayed in a loft townhouse which was extremely spacious and the last week we downsized to a studio also very spacious. The showers were hot, the beds were comfortable and the ac was perfect. It is very close to all the major highways and forgot to add the pool and bbq area are beautiful also. Thank you to Josh and his staff for making our stay great. We would absolutely stay here again. Keep up the great work. Thanks for everything!!. Coack Frank

The host was very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. Once we got to the property, the front office visit was quick and efficient to get us to our suite. We had plenty of space during our 35 night stay, in a clean, conforting space! The fireplace was a lovely addition during the super cold days. There are laundry facilities to use on site. Also a pool and communal fireplace were included, however during my stay it was too cold for those anemities to be utilized. We were very impressed by the staff taking care of the property. Every snow or ice, staff would shovel the steps leading to the doors, and heavily salt all surfaces. All staff was very polite, and super helpful with anything you need. The breakfast on weekends was very disappointing, you go to a tiny room, to get maybe a yogurt, or a already bagged out oatmeal or orange. We didnt mind it much though due to us having a full kitchen inside our suite. My parter complained about noise coming from the parking lot, but I was never bothered by anyone outside. It would be a good idea to bring some kitchen essentials for baking/cooking as we only had one large dingy pot to cook with until we bought our own. Despite what I saw on multiple areas for the location, there was plenty of free parking on location. We never had to park anywhere and walk far. Overall I would stay here again, everything was freshly renovated, and it was a nice, cozy, and safe area to stay for an extended amount of time.
